this is the way I do my wsorkouts
day 1 chest tris
day2 legs
day3 shoulders and traps
day 4 cardio
day 5 back and bis

I do three days of weights and then just a day of cardio, and then pick up where I left off. This week I tried to do 4 days of weights in a row and I was hurting so bad by day 4. Has anyone else every have this problem?

yes. If your lifting really hard chest/tries one day isn't enough recoup time gear or no gear. If I bench once a week I cna hit shoulders complete but with more time in between them. Once I start hitting chest hard should presses pretty much go out the window and I wil do some shoulders as assistance work.

WHat are you looking to do with your training? Bodybuilding PL'ing etc?

i can normally do three days of weights in a row no matter what muscles I am hitting with no trouble but I have noticed that I have to have that 4th day cardio only.

The heavier and more intense your training gets the more rest you need and the less assistance work you can do.
