Wanna be
I wanted to get you guys and gals opinion on this. I normally get up in the morning and eat then go to the gym and workout. Return later that evening to spot my wife and do about 45min of cardio. Well, I am not dropping bodyfat very well even though I am on a really good diet. I eat 7 times a day and I am seeing strength and size results but my belly aint budging much. I wanted to do cardio 1st thing in the morning for about 45min to 1 hr, then do my workout. All this would be on an empty stomach. Bad idea? Should I do the cardio on an empty stomach then eat some oatmeal just before i workout? My goal is to lose bodyfat but I want to do it right. I have heard people do their cardio in the am on an empty stomach, then eat a baked potato or oatmeal a few min. before they do their weight training. Your thoughts?
