Working out while on steroids

Everybody knows that steroids speeds up recovery, but how should i change my workout schedule?

Working every musclegroup 2 times,3 times a week etc?

My normal schedule is working out every musclegroup twice a week, normaly.

The drug of choice is going to be Dianabol.

Thanks

Your body needs time to recover, 5 to 7 days per body part. I like to work one body part / week. You still need lots of rest while on cycle.

I thought 48 hours per body part..just working out a muscle seems a little bit low?

I have fast recovery aswell..

I agree. When I'm not using gear I work out each muscle group once a week. When on gear I work out every 5 - 7 days. Working out each muscle group 2x per week seems like too much to me.

Then i suppose you really have to work the muscles t failure with heavy sets..if you'r only working it once a week?

it is much harder to overtrain while on a cycle but not impossible IMO , especially if your cutting weight.

I'm thinking bulking cycle, and working the same muscle group twice a week does not seem like overtraining to me while on AAS?

This is where you should do some real research. I believe there is a training forum that would be dedicated to this kind of info.

Ive been working out for quite some years now,and i find that working some musclegroups twice a week works for me..my
question is more of how much the anabolic compound speeds up the recovery..
:)

No one can tell you what will work for you, you know what works for you. I believe that more is not always better. You will know if your over-training. Is this your first cycle?

When you are doing say, bench press for your chest. You're not just working your chest muscle. You're working your tricepts as well.

Or when I'm doing chest I throw in some shoulder exercises because your chest muscle is connected to the front deltoids.

Now I forgot what my point was.....

You shouldn't work shoulders the day after chest. And have a seperate day to work tricepts other than the day you do chest.

You're are working your muscles all the time but you isolate them once per week...

Gees, I just woke up... Hope that helps. Maybe someone else can fix this mess.... lol

It's not the time it takes to recover. It's how well it recovers.
You got to figure in that you are working harder and lifting more to get the most out of a cycle.

It takes longer to recover from the actual steroid injection sometimes :)

Thanks for info!:)

Yes,this would be my first cycle,as i said before ive been working out for close to 7 years now..and ive allways had a fascination for steroids..spending hours hours and hours reading info and how the compounds works in the body etc..

But never taking the actual step and using them myself..

First define what you mean by recovery. For me, as a strength athelete, recovery means being able to lift more weight and be free of injuries.

If I am doing olympic lifts, I am doing parts of the olympic lifts every time I go into the gym. I also have a complete record of all my workouts for the last year. I can see that heavy snatches take 2-3 weeks to fully recover, and heavy deads from a competition can take me up to 12 weeks to get back to where I was(this is without steroids)

I am a beginner, only doing my second cycle of test at 450mg a week. All of my lifts are easier, so my weights are going up faster. I am gaining strength and muscle, and everything is hardening up. I am still a fat ass compared to anyone else on this board, but I don't really care about having my abs show. I want a double body deadlift, and a 400lb clean and jerk.

You are going to recover as fast or as slow as you recover, the point is to figure it out for yourself instead of trying to find a system to tell you how many body parts to do.

swimmers swim almost every day in elite levels, and some bodybuilders can probably work out almost everyday. I am friends with an elite lifter, and she goes to bed at 9, sometimes as early at 8pm.

You can work out as much as you want, but the things that get in the way are the amount of recovery, food, and rest that are required.

again, please realize I am a total n00b,
