34 yrs old 200lb 5' 10" lifting 5 yrs, 3rd cycle currently. test e 700mg/wk deca 400mg/wk . trying to bulk on some size on 5000 calrie/day diet. my question is on my workout, currently is like this:
monday; chest/back
tues; tri/bi
wed; leg/shoulders
thur; chest/back
fri tri/bi
sat/sun ; off
aprox, 75-90 minutes a day.
am i over training? if so what would be better 4 me? would apreciate any/all opinions, thank you
