2nd wk of test ent. started at 142lbs already 148lbs i think mostly water.. eating or drinking a protien shake every 2 hours somewhere between 250 and 350grams protien and approx 400 carbs daily..right now ive got it where im doin one body part each day during a 5 day wk. mon- chest tue- back wed-shoulders thur- arms fri - legs
would it be ok to double up and work each part twice a wk as long as im on gear
