Workout structure

I am trying to see what works and how the big boys do it.
How do you structure your workout?
What are your goals?
Do you get injured very often?
What are your stats?

I do as follows:
Monday - Chest and tri
Tuesday - Leg and Bi
Wednes - off
Thursday - Abs
Friday - Back and shoulders
Sat - off
Sun - off

My goal is mostly size and to get a bit leaner.

Height - 6ft
Weight - 187lb
BF - around 10%
I havent used juice yet, but am looking into a cycle. Going to use my tax return to fund it (thanks Rudd).
