Workout twice a day

I am curious if it is recommended to workout twice a day. I have the time to do it. Also do you work different muscle groups or the same? Any benefits or is it just a waste? I have currently been going to the gym strong for 3 years 6'2" 215lbs. I will be on a cycle when doing this of deca, dbol, and sust.
 
I've seen AM/PM splits before, but it depends on what kind of training methods you believe in and what kind of volume you use.
 
It does NOT have to be a bad thing, for example you could do front legs in the am and hams in night... etc.. As long as you rest enough and get in the extra food you can gain good from that.
 
From what I've seen last this is a bad idea as far as cortisol being elevated for too much of the day.
 
I still dont see a point, but everyone likes doing things their own way. I train low volume but high frequency, but most people would scoff at my training. Obviously it works for me and thats all I care about. :)
