Worried about blood and a bump

Hey guys, I just pinned my left buttcheek (which I'm horrible at) and first of all I forgot to wipe my juice vials with an alcohol swab before plungng the seringe in... and second of all when I pinned, if did not hurt whatsoever but when I got it out, a stream of blood came out. Not that much but a few mililiters, maybe 2... and now there is a small bump in the area..

Anything I should be worried about? Is it possible that I wasted some gear and some of it went out with the blood stream? It never happened to me before. And the spot I hit is very much on the limit of my glute, close to the side of my leg... Any thoughts or am I paranoying? Thank you!
 
Did you aspirate?
Is the site red?
Is it tender?
Is the site hot?

Might be too soon for some of these symptoms to appear, if they even do.
 
ALWAYS use ASEPTIC TECHNIQUE when pinning!!! You have to realize that those vial stoppers are breeding grounds for bacteria!!! Bros carry their gear in their gym bags and wrap it up in crusty socks and all kinds of places that are bacteria havens. If you don't properly swab every inch of where that needle is going to go before pinning you are inviting infection with open arms. And when you get one the first thing most guys wanna do is blame it on the gear!!!
Having said that, it does not appear that is what has caused any of your problems. But it is important to be sterile!!!!
You have just had a Nervous pin is all and prolly nicked a vein or punctured a larger capillary. You will/should be fine!!!

I'm not jumpin your shit bro!!! I just want all the bros here to be safe and clean. Most of the time these mishaps can be averted!!! You should be fine. make sure you are in a calm state when you pin and just relax. It makes things so much smoother. Leave the pin in for a while after you inject to allow the pressure of squeezing that into tight fibers to dissipate first so there will be no leakage.

There is a big possibility you wasted some gear yes. You have to think of this, inside your body everything (especially inside the muscle) is very densely packed!!! It's not like you are injecting a needle into a big pocket of AIR LOL, it is dense and compacted muscle and you're squeezing something into aqueous or water based parts of your body that is an oil base, see OIL and WATER don't mix!!!! Your body is some 70 something percent water based tissue and fluid so putting oil into it doesn't blend well. So pinning your gear and then immediately pulling the needle out will allow in most cases (especially with 22 and 23 gauge needles like I like to use) gear to be squeezed back out by this space it has been forced into!!!
Also, take your time injecting!!! 1cc should take 10 plus seconds, one onethousand two onethousand and so forth, then I leave the pin hangin in my ass for another 15 to 20 second count. Just let it hang too!!! No sense in holding onto it and it moving around and causing even more tissue damage. The 3ml pin and needle weighs all of .256oz's I doubt if you let it go it's gonna rip your ass off..... LOL!!!
 
Yes I pin pretty slowly but I never really let the seringe in it, but usually NOTHING comes out but a super tiny drop of blood, and sometimes not even. I guess this means I didn't waste any right?

Yeah, you will see clearish looking coming out if you waste lol!!!!
If you're not seeing clear coming out then you are either A) pinning some THICK shit, which is okay, or B) Leaving the pin in long enough to dissipate some of the pressure.

You are good bro!!! You're stilll sitting here posting with me so you aren't dying!!!! Just relax and pin like a pro!!!!! RELAXED and PRECISE!!!!
 
Who the hell is carrying their gear around in a crusty ass old sock?? lol.. I mean other than for travel purposes why would you carry your gear with you at all.. makes sense to store it in a clean sterile place. I dunno.. I pin at home so I guess I have no reason to take my gear anywhere. I guess some bros need other people to do it for them.
