yes i am on a roll today with the questions but im home alone :)

I have lost alot of weight on my own, almost 30. I work out daily. Working out more now and im working on my diet. I have no health problems. Would i benefit from clenbuterol? and if not what type of people usually get good results from using it?

Just asking because i have hit a plateau so just wondering if that would help:confused:

I duno what that is..lol

If your diet isnt perfect you wont benefit from clen. I think you should try ECA first to see how you handle those sides.

you dont need any supplements just a good diet. dont waste your money or add unnecessary stress on your body.

no i havent. I have been taking clenbutrx for a bit now. I used to use albuterol but for medical purposes if that helps.

Albuterol is a phentamine, which is basically a cousin to Amphetamines.

If im correct, most people use it for inhaler purposes, cause it has a bronchiodilator effect. But, being as this medication is also a close relative to the amphetamine family, it can aide in fat loss.

An ECA stack would prob be just as effective though really

Oh and i would also have to agree with 'tone and MM on this one. I dont think you need anything like clen for awhile. but post up your body stats so we can see how long you have been training and what your diet looks like, cause it is possible to plateau with your diet also.

My wife trained hard for a couple years and got down to 118lbs lean with muscle before using anything like clen. Like they said, alot of times you can just tweak your diet to avoid plateauing

alb worked better for me than clen..But the inhalers idk..i dont think it works as well. you can get alb in tablet form 4mg and 8mg. It comes also in extend release which both work pretty good. Helps you run and breathe easier too its a +

Albuterol and clenbuterol are both beta-2 agonists used in treating asthma. Albuterol is the drug of choice for humans in the US (clen is only approved by the FDA for use in animals at this time), but I wouldn't recommend it for weight loss or fat burning. It has a short half-life, and used repeatedly (more than every 4-6 hours in inhaler form) it can cause irregular heartbeat, palpitations, tremors etc. You'd have to use the inhaler form much more than that to stimulate weight loss.

Clen's half-life is much longer, and it's available for human consumption pretty much anywhere outside the US. Tablets are typically 20mcg-40mcg each, and dosages range from 20mgs-100mcg/day for women. Most recommend that you use clen for no more than 2-3 weeks at a time, as it is very potent and over time your beta-2 receptors actually become numb to it, causing weight gain and bloating. In addition, it can cause hardening of the cardiac walls with extended dosing. Try cycling 2-3 weeks on, 2-3 weeks off. Monitor your body temperature, eat right, drink LOTS of water, and supplement with daily potassium and taurine while on clen.

Since Ephedra isn't available in the US (or canada any more that I can find) what are you guys using foe an ECA stack? Ripped Fuel used to work great. Would Sudofed w/ caffeine & aspirin work?
