I usually dont like to do them this way because i would rahter put all my effort into my squats over the leg press.....but i havent done legs in a while so i did 'em both. my knees and lower back ended up hurting afterwards so it kinda sucked..
only thing i need to work on is gettin down farther on my squats.....i am going down to where my legs are almost at a 90 but i want to get a little lower.....i am gonna try using a box to see if that helps me out some
I dont really know what day tomorro is going to be but its going to be a long session with about 45 minutes of cardio and a lot of abs.....wat do u guys do along with the core area.....
