YAY I'm fat

I read all the time, "eat eat eat, eat everything in the house" etc etc. Ok did that , on a 400mg/ week test enth cycle, sure I am gaining weight and seeing some decent muscle and strenth gains but most of my weight is going into a belly and tits... Is this what you all go for to gain muscle? Do you have to gain this much fat to get good muscle gains? I realize some of it must be bloat but still. And no flames please I know what to eat and what not to eat, I eat in the most part clean, no fried foods no junk food, just allot of chicken,tuna,steaks,protein shakes,stir fry's,rices,assorted nuts,some flaxseed oil etc.
So whats the deal. Is this all a normal part of a bulking cycle??
stats... was 180 before cycle, lean.
Now 195 after 3rd week.
I have a good workout routine and workout to the max, with allot of rest in between.
First cycle, altho not new to the gym.
 
Are you doing any cardio ? And sorry but , you must be eating a little off base to gain fat. I usually get water weight gain but not fat if my diet is in check.
 
No I am not doing any cardio. I didnt think it would be a great thing to do since I am on a bulking cycle. I am definatly eating allot more then usual. I have to force myself to eat, but like I said nothing totally harsh for me no junk just a ton of the "good foods". I hope allot of it is bloat, I have never had a belly before or "tits". Maybe I am over eating? I just heard time and time again that eat as much as possible to get good muscle gains, with hard workouts ofcourse.

i feel you, it happened to me but i got rid of it and ended up with quite a lot more muscle, this time however im not going to eat too much after 6 pm, cut out junk food and cardio on my off training days to stay lean
 
Having the same problem. I am up 24 pounds in 5 weeks and the belly is getting big.

I am constatnly feeling for gyno because the extra weight kinda looks a little like it. I know alot is bloat, but I don't like it one bit.
 
I feel ya guys I am on week two of 500mg test and I can feel my gut growing hell I can see it growing..lol
 
If you are following a strict high protein, moderate clean carb, low clean fat diet and using an appropriate antiestrogen, you shouldn't be gaining much fat if any.
 
for me if i start a bulk cycle at about 9-10 % bf i can gain about 2-3% bf after the cycle and still look good ( see my abs)

also i like to shoot for the cal intake of the weight i'm trying to gain

well the same shit is happening to me right now im up 24lbs in about 5 weeks, strong as hell, noticable muscle gains but the belly is gettin huge. All i can guess is maybe to many cal's...?? but im not lowering them ill deal with it...Im on 40mg a day of dbol so that explains alot of the bloat.
Will water retention have anything to do with the belly looking mighty fat?????i know it does but how badly is what im asking
 
I just hope once I am done my cycle and with cardio and lowering my cal intake I can get my 6 pac back for summer. I can't see it being harder to lose that bit of fat then it is to gain muscle. Altho I could be wrong because I never had to lose fat before.? Is it hard to lose?
 
some fat and a lot of water is probably the culprit , either try some arimidex to help with the bloat or wait for it to go away naturally after the cycle is over
 
I would imagine at wk 5 and being up 24 lbs , it's got to be mostly fat. It's completely impossible to have 24 solid lbs of just muscle...hell , even with the water and the fact that most gear takes 4-5 wks to kick in , I just don't see it happening !! Atleast I never had it happen to me , even considering the water weight gain. Sorry but , explain this one please............someone :dunno:

some people bloat more than others and bloat different amounts from different gear . i bloat very little up to almost a gram of test and i look like the michelin man on 20 mg of dbol ed after 2 weeks . everyone is different we learn our bodies through experience
 
I think when people say eat eat eat

its understood that most of it should be super clean food, which is not only good for you, but wont make you a fattie
 
i know what youre going through, ive done it too. Christmas before last i was a bloated 230 on 500mg test a week. i was pinched at 19% body fat. now off cycle for a year im 190, about 11%.

youre eating too much. I know thats what peaple tell you to do, but its not the same for everybody...
a buddy of mine in basic training gained 25lbs of pure muscle from adding suger(literaly sucrose) and butter to everything he ate.
Im betting youre like me, very sensitive to overeating, especially carbs.

I know youre overeating because 15lbs in 3 weeks is not possible on 400mg of enth a week, it really hasnt even kicked yet. what i would go for is more of a slow gain of 2-3lbs a week. If you run your cycle 18-10 weeks thats about a 20lb gain, even then it will not all be muscle.

so, lower your kcal. Stick to low glycemic carbs, lots of protein. Cardio in the morning on empty stomach. Ill bet once you stop force feeding yourself youll lose about 5lbs of water.

keep the gains slow, as even with drugs only so much can be muscle. Youll feel and look alot better if youre not carrying around 15 extra lbs of fat and water that youll just have to lose.
 
I am on on the same boat as you bro. I liek to think of it this way... to get big you have to get fat, now is the time to bulk up then cut up for the summer and show off your newly gaind muscles
 
Right on guys..I feel so much better that I am not alone on this. Wicked info war machine.
Ahh well i'm sure a little fat isnt gonna kill me, I am 6'3 so its not like I look harsh or anything. Just used to being really toned.
