Yes im new on this and i need some help.

Hey guys I been working out for over two years and a half and still cant get supper rip. I think it's time for my first cycle. Have done lot of research but i would like to get solid advice about what should i start with and the proportions.

Age: 21
Height: 5.11"
Weight: 204
BF%: not sure but yes i have some fat mostly on my stomach area.

hey Cuban! welcome to Ology! To be honest with you, 21 is a bit young to be cycling. You should still have plenty of testosterone flowing through you to make good natural gains so long as your diet is on point. Mind telling us a bit more about your diet and training? We are here to help, but I don't want to see someone jumping onto AAS until they are 100% ready.

Stats look good, 204 is a respectable weight for sure, but would like to know what your BF% is.

Thanks Spongy, yea man i know and trust i have been working out a lot i dont look back but is Fucking anoying seen this kid that start
And two months later look like hulk.

I know is not the best choice but i think i need that push if i wanna get where i wanna be.
 
I will also agree. Way to young my friend. I spent 4 years in the marines and then waited another 3 years after before first cycle.
U just need a solid diet to cut the fat and bring out the rip look

I would also like to add that gear is not a magic product and is very dangerous at a young age when it comes to shutting u down before u stop growing

Do more research and reconsider your decision
And FYI. Not sure if anyone is going to give u cycle products and number. All that research should be done by u and then brought to us for review

You have been training for 2.5 years and while it really is best to wait till 25 and max yourself out naturally a basic test only cycle should be your starting point when you are ready to cycle.

500mg per week x 12 weeks of test E or C followed up with a PCT of clomid at 50mg per day for 4 weeks.

Give some serious though to making more natural progress

Then u think protein shakes diet and exersice will be enough??
 
Bro look for 3j`s nutrition in here he may be a great help for you, I read some logs from guys with great results for both bulking and cutting. And listen to these guys wait till you get little bit older too young to screw your natural test.

If u dont wanna get jacked why do steroids?Creatine works awesome it will deff give u a boost
 
Guysthanks for the advice Pikiki whats the forum for the nutrition staff man i wanna get all the possible info about diet and naturall supplements i can use, proteins and all the staff...:naughty:
