I read this in "T-3...all you need to know by BigAndy69 Part 1 and 2":

My question is, if you use T3 for the end of a cutting cycle, when you come off your thyroid will be suppressed meaning you be susceptible to fat gain, right? So wouldn't taking clen or ECA after a T3/AAS cycle be a good idea to help keep the fat off post cycle?

Also, should you take something to try to jump start the thyroid again like 7-keto?
 
I disagree with that part of the post anyway. I would never touch t3 unless I was on a steroid to combat the muscle loss that t3 can cause. And t3 isnt that great on its own, it works much better combined with other fat burners. The only one I would stay away from is DNP as it will shut your thyroid down way worse than any of the others.
If its part of a cutting cycle, I would ramp the t3 up then back down, so that its done 1-2 weeks before you are done cutting. That way you can continue with another fat burner to combat any possible rebound you get from the t3
For what its worth, early in my contest diet, I worked up to 75mcg per day of t3, then back down again. At that point I took a few weeks off from t3, but was still running other burners, and there was no rebound whatsoever, I was still dropping 1/2% of bodyfat per week

What about something like this?

Test: wk 1-12 (cyp weeks 1-6, enth weeks 7-12) - 500 mg/wk
Tren enth: wk 1-10 - 300 mg week
Winny: 50 mg ED wk 1-4 and 9-12

PCT starts week 15 with nolva /clomid

T3 ramped up and down wks 1-4 and 9-12

clen wk 1-2, 5-6, 9-10 and post cycle

ECA wk 3-4, 7-8, 11-12

NOTE: This cycle would be in January. Doses of everything are not set in stone and will depend on my need to loose fat and the sides I am experiencing. If my BF is not too high (very unlikely since I will be keeping calories high to maintain gains from a cycle I am just finishing) I will skip all fat burners for weeks 1-6 and clean bulk, followed by a cut for weeks 7-12.

I appreciate any input!
 
You coulf lower your test, 250-350mg a week is enough for cutting or you might want to switch to prop/fina with the Winstrol (winny) for 8 weeks.

looks pretty good, I would use the Winstrol (winny) for the few weeks after your last shot leading to post cycle therapy though, that way you have high levels of Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) in you and the whole time, while the longer stuff is tapering out the Winstrol (winny) will keep you anabolic

What about calories for post cycle after a cutter? Do you still raise your calories post cycle? If so, how much and for how long?
 
I would probably keep my calories pretty close to what you were taking when cutting. I find my thyroid seems to shut down or be impaired when I'm "on", so when I come off I gain bodyfat easy. If you combine that with coming off of a diet, it wont take much to put all that fat back
 
Cool, I will keep cals low post cycle.

Any idea if guggulsterones post cycle might be useful for reviving the thyroid after using T3 or do you just have to give it time to come back to life on its own?
 
i think if you ramp the t3 up then back down again, then you dont need to worry about it coming back. I ramped up to 75mcg then back down over a month, and kept dropping bf when I came off with the other fat burners I was using, so mine couldnt have been too supressed
 
I might have misinformation, but shouldn't you not use Ephedera when coming off T3 so the thyroid can properly heal? I thought that I read taking an Ephedera stack when coming off of T3 only prolongs the fat regain because you are supressing the thyroid from recovering... thus you needed like a month off T3 before you can go back on Ephedera.

Does anyone have any info on this?
 
The only problem is I am afraid that I will get fat while I let my thyroid "properly heal"!

I am beginning to wonder if, in the long run (for a better muscle gain/fat loss ratio several months post cycle) it might be better to just skip the T3 altogether and use the gear and other fat burners?
