I have been thinking about Yoga for a while now. My brothers girlfiend lost 60lbs taking Yoga classes. She told me it would help me out a lot since I lift heavy weights. She said I will be more flexible, control my breathing better, lower my risk of injuries and a bunch of other stuff. I hurt my neck (pinched nerve and pull 2 muscles, shoulder and neck) a few months ago and it has never been the same, I also just found out that I have Carpel Tunnel syndrome!!! This has kept me from training.
What do you guys think about this? Should I give it a shot? What do you know or have heard of about Yoga?
