So how man have gotten this horrible effect from heavy usage of steroids? Maybe it happened from starting too young? Maybe it was from lack of pct? Maybe your advanced cycles have caused this? How many of you are still fertile and how many of you are infertile because of juice? What caused your infertility?
 
You probably wont find any. Hell pro's get there wifes pregnant.
Sure many would have lower spermcounts but still they would be able to be fathers.

Daily dosing of Androgel at 5-gram packets daily for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) will shut you down and make you infertile in less than 6 months. Injectable Test Cyp or Test Enan will do the same thing, especially in older patients and users. I am 40 years old and went to a Urologist several months ago to get tested....100% infertile, not one single sperm found, and they tested my sample twice. Dr. was not surprised, but the lab techs were in shock, hence the second analysis with my sample.

My Urologist said he sees the majority of HRT/TRT patients with 100% infertility after just a handfull of months on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Its a fact. Running Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) can certainly help, but it won't fully restore the testicular axis. Many clinical studies have been done with various forms of testosterone for male contraceptives, injectable and transdermal being the best way to create infertility.

As a side note, I have been cycling responsibly for over 14 years now, and have always gotten lab work done. Low test levels are common at late 30's and early 40's. Infertility at 100% is not....unless on TRT!

Can a 28 year old "bodybuilder" cycling Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) correctly with proper post cycle therapy (pct) get his wife pregnant, most likely yes after RECOVERING from a "normal" cycle. Can he after an extended cycle...say, one year in duration? Probably not for some time after extended recovery and intense prolonged PCT! Can a 38 year old man get his wife pregant while on TRT/HRT? Odds are VERY slim in the opinion of my Urologist, Endocrinologist, Family Physician, and Fertlity Specialist....yes, I have seen all of them just in the last 6 weeks.

Here is the kicker....my gonads are not small, just atrophied a little while on Test, even when I don't take Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) twice weekly. I take Androgel daily for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) when not cycling. Last cycle was just Test Enan at 750mg weekly for 12 weeks and no Androgel while on cycle. I have even used Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and Clomid to gain back fertility while going back to my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose post cycle...its useless! My Docs all said that I must go off all test...even testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doses...if I want a slim chance of conceiving. I feel like crap when off even testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doses, as I am hypogonadal (secondary they deduce). All the Docs said it is very unlikely I will ever conceive even if I go off Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), as my axis is now fried! Toast! Burnt! From years of cycling perhaps, definitely Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) usage contributed, and daily testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) just nails that "sperm door" shut! Weekly with Test Enan or Cyp would do the same thing, cause me infertlity. My Docs said to forget about conceiving and just stay on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for quality of life, and my wife and I agree, she wants me to stay on. The sex is friggin awesome (3 times daily) which is tremendous for 40, and my energy and mood are spot on great. Just no kids of my own.

So, now you have met someone with complete, 100% infertlity due to cycling Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) and also on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for several years.

SWALE has patients that have been able to get their wives pregnant while on long-term testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) without stopping the TRT.

If hCG doesn't do the trick, then add some HMG. If that doesn't do it, then you are likely just plain infertile.

I have friends that have been on juice since they were in their late teens and are still on at their early 30's without ever coming off and one of them has 4 daughters and the other has 2 sons. Unless the wifeys fucking the milk man then it would be safe to say their not infertile.

I am sure there are exceptions, as in everything. However, I was tested over 10 years ago and my fertility and sperm motility were excellent, above normal. Since then, I have done extensive cycling and used just about every Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) compound available. The highest I have gone in dosing with Test is 1 gram weekly for 10 weeks while also running Tren Ace 75mg EOD. I have been on TRT/HRT for 2 years now to date. I have seen both a Urologist and an Endocrinologist with extensive testing and they deduce the same conclusion...infertility due to HRT for the last 2 years and Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) usage over 14 years.
My fertility was great over 10 years ago after just 3 cycles or so of sane dosages and post cycle therapy (pct) and equal time off, now my testicular axis is fried.

Are you a physician specialist MRANAK? Please be cautious and conservative when posting other physician's results,protocol, and your own objective "solutions" and "medical advice". I used to live 45 minutes from Dr. Crisler in Michigan and graduated from MSU where he practices in East Lansing. I have even had telephone discussions and e-mail correspondence with him about said topics at length. He is a great Dr., but even he would agree to send me to an Endocrinologist I pressume if I were currently under his HRT "care". The testicular axis is VERY sensitive to changes, especially long-term hormonal manipulation, and more so in older "patients" or Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) users. So many old beliefs are just now being reevaluated, even the gonad cycle...all Docs thought the gonads ran in 3 and 6 month cycles, now they all agree as of this year that its actually more like 6 to 8 weeks for sperm production cycles. Much more is yet to be understood and discovered about the male reproductive system before we can throw out willy-nilly advice that should work for ALL.

Just my opinion based on my own biology, history, experience, usage of Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), and the feedback from my Specialists this past few weeks after reviewing countless blood and semen tests!

Testosterone replacement therapy increases blood testosterone levels. This is sensed by the hypothalamus, which then reduces the release of Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone (LH) from the Pituitary. Luteinizing Hormone is needed to increase testosterone production from the testes. Follicle Stimulating Hormone is needed to stimulate sperm production.

When a person has low testosterone and sperm production because of testicular hypofunction, the FSH and LH levels are very high because the brain is trying its hardest to stimulate testosterone production (which also increases sperm production). Testosterone replacement will reduce FSH and LH, causing a reduction in testosterone and sperm production !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What you have described here is primary hypogonadism.

Do you have primary hypogonadism or secondary hypogonadism?
 
I am convinced that no amount of steroids can render you permanently sterile. Using steroids can certainly make you temporarily unable to conceive. In fact, a stack of testosterone and deca durabolin makes a pretty effective contraceptive. I like that effect now since I have no immediate plans to conceive. My daughter was conceived very shortly after I came off a heavy cycle.
 
Lets say that you desperatly want a child, get of the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and get on some serious Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) treatment and give that some time.

But if I was going on HRT (that would be for life) I'd simply freeze some of them :)
 
My wife is 5 months pregnant. I had fears but it only took 2 month of trying. I have been off cycle for over a year.Bet I was on for 2 years before that with very advanced doses.I will never cycle again without Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) or IGF.
 
a good friend of mine had a set of twenty inch arms back in the early 90s
from massive amounts of test ....hes now infertile.....him and his mates were probably the worst steroid abusers of there time and like all abusers have paid the price......
long cycles and staying on permanately arent nessecary anymore..........
 
when Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) stimilates lh does that keep the testes produces tesosterone and sperm or just test? i heard it was fsh that was the signal for sperm but not sure.
