GYM: Arms
*Up and down in weight. As I mentioned, when I started I dont want to get over 200lbs and staying close to that mark. I have been up to 198lbs on this cycle but upped my cardio and lowered my carb in take to get back down. Summer is coming and I like to have more of a beach body than anything else...However, I might weight and height im still stocking as hell....lol...but at least staying lean around 9-12% BF
