your own arm size

I'm just kinda curious. I feel like my arms are pretty small in comparison to some people in the gym. Just looking for an estimate of where I am or where i should be.

6', 195lbs, 16 1/2in arms

How about you fellas?
 
My arms are probably the easiest part for me to grow. So easy I sometimes work them out once every 2 weeks.

5'9"

228 lbs.

how lean am I ?, bwahhahah lol. I'm not lean. I haven't measured body fat in 5 yrs. Back then I was about 212 and 12%. I'm not lean as I said but I'm not "fat". I don't have a belly but no six pack either. If I had to guess I'd say I'm around 15 %. I have alot of muscle mass and it seems to keep my fat in control. I don't do cardio but need to think about starting.

same boat as you.

last time i measured bi's i was near 16inches.
however @ my ht and wt my arms would probably "look bigger" than yours (Acz)

Yeh, my arms are very lean, i can see all three tricep heads and obviously the bicep head. It's my stomach where i carry my bodyfat...i think i'm sitting around the 13% marker now...maybe a little less.

After my 4-week volum program, i'm gonig to re-assess my arms and determine if i need to start adding that arm day again.

13% or less, with the way my body is, i probably would've entered the convo classic. maybe next yr. I really need to start cardio. what do you mean by adding that arm day again. did you not have a day for arms?

I used to have a split like this:
chest
back
legs
shoulder/arms
rest
rest

but lately i was doing:
Back/bi
rest
legs/abs
rest
chest/shoulder/tri
rest

So, i'm just looking to see where I sit with others. My girlfriend tells me arms look big, but I just take it as her being nice to me, stroking my ego..hehe. Always looking at myself i think, shit, i need more work here, here, and here

I hear you Angry. I do not want the size, just the strength. As your big 3 go up in weight, your arms are going to grow regardless of how much bicep work you do.
 
mine are 14.5 at 6'2" about 168lbs. my legs are like twigs. all my weight is upper body. my arms are fukin long so when my arms arn't tensed they look shit.
 
i'm 6'1, 185 lbs.. mine are 15 1/2 inches but my arms are long too and i don't feel like my arms look big when not flexed.. it blows
 
6'3 1/2" 235lbs about 11% BF and my arms are about 17.5 inches... i have short biceps being so tall so that kinda sucks, but i'm shooting for 20 inchers at one point in my life
 
200lbs 5'11 16.5" 10-12% BF, lots of guys in gyms just train arms (Ronnie admited this, Arny too) making them look bigger in proportion to there body...... I'd concentrate on symetry otherwise it looks a bit odd to be waving around 20" arms plus 20" arms would make your chest look tiny even if it was quite large....it's all abooot the symetry not size :)
