is international still ok?

I sent payment on 4/26 and the receiver still has not picked up the money.

is this normal?

On us domestic we have slight delays
Itnternationl orders don't have any delays.

Instead of putting out all this info in the open and asking people who have no bearing on this, why wouldn't you guys just email or pm the man himself. I'm sure he is more than willing to answer simple questions rather than have a bunch of speculation posted in the open then people have to come back and edit posts later.

I think id rather keep it up so others can see that they arnt cripples when it comes down to gettingg things fixed themselves with people like z. Its simple as communicating with the guy
 
Honestly I recieved no response on his actual site through tickets for days, and even then they were not nearly as cooperative and helpful as speaking with Z through PMs on here. He cleared everything up and it is worked out, I doubt that would have happened with the way I was approaced on the site.
 
Guys ur not dealing with some multibillion dollar companys customer service department. Just be patient and try getting a hold of the right people. Ur working with a ugl that has a good rep for customer service and satisfaction

Z's just a normal guy like you and I ... "trying to make everyone happy."

If you aren't happy - he's not happy.

He has been out of town the last four days so I'm sure that's why you just now heard from him.

He'll get everyone taken care of. :)

ty 3j in light of everything going on this is the best advice you all can get. be smart be safe.. 3j is 100% correct no need for dates and how much and how long. how about i ordered and i received. and then a quality review after you run your gear.

I dont care how many people praise NAPS they are GTG and all this crap. from what I experience from being their customer not once but twice and what I have been seeing lately. i dont see why anyone would continue to use them.
