Zeus's test/tren/var log

5 days ago i had a cheat meal too i mean 2 cheat days in a row . I did not even know what happend when ibfinished i was like in trance :) . I had 96 kg before that . Then on sunday i almost had a heart atack when i saw the scale . I had 108 kg i swear to god !!
But now the two days i piss like crazy and feel a lot lighter . 10 days i will be on extreme low carb to get normal again . I move on thats basicly wather but it was scary shit when i was that number on the scale i am looking bloated as hell now .

lmao, that food sure taste gooddd, we eat so much we dont even realize it lol! Thats crayz 96-108kg. dam son. I was one time 2 weeks ago 198lbs, then the next day i shit pissed and ran. and was down to 190lbs within no time :)
 
Whats good everyone, done with school gonna be hitting the gym hard, each muslce 2x/week, with cardio 4-6x/week. Wanna go ham! Weighted in at 191lbs after this week of adding carbs lol! But i wanna get bigger and cutter!!!, Imma try to switch that tuna with chicken whenver i can, and just eat y'all, Imma post a pic up in 2 weeks of how i look. I wanna be at 201lbs with this dam cycle solid!!! and just be cut up!!! haha ;)
 
Looking sharp man. Try the salmon steaks that come in the packets, to me they are good and a nice change from tuna and fucking protein bars all the time in between meals. Want to see some more pics man, we are about the same level lifting wise and I want to check out your results vs mine.
 
Hey man, just outta curiosity, you mentioned in the original post you cut form 20%-6%..what were you weighing in at 20%?

YESS bro i had a 400kcal protien yesterday and today, omg love the kcals with the carbs and protien, im ordering a stack to help me now gain weight, while i run almost ed and try to lift each body part. There the shit!! I just need to save up money after taking work off for studying, gonna bust my assk lifting and working this week to make that dough haha :)
 
ill be posting a picture next week, gonna cut out the carbs slowly again now to have my abs appear more, doing more cardio. I might do a show but well see how everything goes in the next 3 weeks

How did Anavar to the cycle seem to help? Wanting to try var myself, see promising stuff from the pricey pills.

honestly i think its the dam veins bro, im vascular as fuck, today at the gym i realized how much my shoulders got bigger and alot more broad shoulders. I repping 225lbs easy on the incline 4-6 sets of 8-10. Idk why but for me i dont realize anything until week 5-6. And man its feeling great. Theres got to be some chemical in tren that attracts to girls, because i don't even bother to hit on girls because i got a girl, but no joke man, these girls be starting lmao.

Also, i prob repeating myself again, but i might hop on a keto diet. I gotta meet this BB guy and talk to him. Also like to add i had two beers yesterday while out, i dont think of it as much, since im not drinking hard liq or going crazy. Little FYI, been eatting pretty clean, i switched my tuna for 5oz of chicken of tilapia, and i do switch the broccoli, for asparagus!! because its the shit!

O yea weighted in at 200lbs after the gym. well see if that weight will go back to 196 or something, prob from the beer haha.

I've been gettin mine in check as well. I dropped peptides and creatine and cleaned up my diet and I'm down 10lbs already. I agree that week 5 or 6 for tren ace is when I start to see the changes. I also am running Ephedrine and caffeine 3x a day. This is helping kill my appetite. Tren is an awesome drug.

Running keto CKD and have been strict all week. Shot my tren for the first time this morning. Been shooting prop everyday since Sunday to make sure the prop wasn't to much for me. Never been on the short esters before. Shooting everyday 50 each. We will see how it goes.
