I think cardio while bulking increases your appetite and speeds up your metabolism. I think this makes you more efficient at building muscle as opposed to just adding weight.
Has anyone tried one of the GH bursts that Author Rea writes about? It consists of taking 2iu 4x Day for 3-4 days, then a four day break. It is supposed to mimic the natural GH release of growing teenagers. Any experience?
I thought it was one of the most boring 'Mania's ever, with the exception of the Angle/Guerrero match and the Triple H/HBK/Benoit match. The rest of it was fluff that should have not been saved for a pay per view. Very dissapointing.
