iv used test,deca,eq, and d bol. not at once, lol. but i havent run anything in about 7 yrs, i have been still lifting off and on though. so my question is would i react to a test only cycle like i did the very first time i run it. or do i need to go right back to stacking.

i am under the understanding that you keep it a constant 130 for the intire session in the morinings on a emty stomach. and any other time at 140 if you cant do the morining emty stomach thing. 3j is one of the best to answer this question though. goodluck

for some reason i thought i had read on here the protein starts breaking down as soon as you mix it. and thats why not to let it set to long. oh well maybe not.

How long is a shake good for after it has been mixed? I drink mine right after. But a buddy told me today he mixes one in the morning and sometimes drinks it two hrs later. I told him i didnt think the protein would do much good that long after but i would find out. So what ya think?

i was in the same boat as nerdalert. went to the ortho and got a shot. so far so good. i wish i wouldve went about a month ago.

so far its good, i havent lifted yet. trying to give it a few days to soak in good.:idea: but i dont really have any pain in it right now.
