I weigh 228, 6'2 and im trying to cut down to 207. I have cut carbohydrates out, I have been eating 16 cans of tuna a day ruffle 324 grams. Its been 2 weeks on the tuna diet, and feeling light headed everyday I guess because of no carbs. I would love some help to improve this diet
he sent me message 1 ,month ago and never herd from him back its been abt 2 and half months since we started talking, but still its bullshit, i order 1,200 worth, that was big mistake!!!!
been on it for 9 weeks eth 250, deca 250, and drol I have seen little to any gains on it, or felt any side effects. Also every time i pin this shit it always leaves me in a crippled state, or swells up red.
They havent not replied back to trying to solve my problem :bash:
yeah they dont replay to shit, I think thier shit is under dosed, im running it now i just feel the sides effects or gains i should be getting from what i have been doing
so any how i got my hand on my side laying down and when i lift my leg in the front right where the hip is i feel a muscle getting hard have i found the spot?
Im going to keep that in mind, I think another reason my back could be acting cause i have 3 bulged disc i got hurt at work, one of my coworkers was not looking where she was pushing her cart (cart weighs 200 pounds) ran into me, the reason i got hurt cause i got hit by the pole attached to it...
