    heh yeah I carry all my weight in the bi's! which really really sucks btw. I have no tricep/shoulder seperation either its where alot of fat seems to be stored. i guess you can't have it all..... i am not going back to the gear unless i turn bald. I like where I am ...almost maybe bit more...

    How Healthy are you?

    After my cycle I shocked the body and ate heavy, I was around 213lb at 17%bf. BP was at 138/89. I dieted, cardio and high rep weightlifting got me down 2mo later to, 188lb probably 10%bf and a BP of 119/78. Having gained 30lb+ on my first 13wk eq cycle made me have horrible back pains/pumps...

    prepackaged food and sodium?

    I have couple of those pre packaged turkey breast slices and chicken. They seem to be great when it comes to nutrition high in protein and low carbs and fat...yet its ultra high in sodium.. well my question is...if I just wash em off will it get rid of most of the sodium ?

    I try to eat anywhere 10k-15kcals in one day out of the week ...usually on a sunday. I start early 6am with a huge breakfast and go on from there! Concidering im no big dude I just like to shock my system... I keep my bf low though around 10% and stay strickt during other 5-6 days out of the week.
