    Egg whites...good protein source?

You're definitely right, I posted about this before... ..."Egg white protein is generally considered to be less digestible than heat-pretreated egg white protein. In this study, it was shown that after ingestion of 25 g of raw egg protein, almost 50% is malabsorbed over 24 h. The higher...

Body maintenance and repair: how food and exercise keep the musculoskeletal system in good shape "This article provides a personal view of how feeding and exercise acutely modify protein metabolism of human skeletal muscle, with discussion of the anabolic signalling mechanisms involved and some...

Food increases the bioavailability of accutane

Food increases the bioavailability of isotretinoin. Colburn WA, Gibson DM, Wiens RE, Hanigan JJ. Twenty healthy male subjects received 80 mg (2 X 40 mg SEG capsules) oral isotretinoin separated by two-week washout periods in an open randomized crossover design. Isotretinoin was administered...

    Arimidex for PCT??

Estrogen is already suppressed post cycle by about 50 % so using arimidex is not necessary and might negatively affect your lipid profile.

Anybody heard of this to rid gyno?

Tamoxifen is definitely the best choice... In some cases aromatase inhibitors can also be used, not recommended unless your estrogen is elevated... http://www.nature.com/cgi-taf/DynaPage.taf?file=/ijir/journal/v16/n1/full/3901154a.html...

Dispelling the deca + finasteride myth

Binding affinity is relevant, but there are other reasons for differences in their actions... Nandi12 wrote a great article about this: http://www.mindandmuscle.net/content/page-129.html ..."Since the discovery of AR coactivators, less emphasis has been put on binding affinity and more on...

Dispelling the deca + finasteride myth

Good post. Buffdoc explained some time ago that DHT is not bad for the hair because it has high affinity for the AR, but because it selectively activates the genes involved in the apoptosis of hair follicle cells.... So the theory was flawed in the first place...

will inderal (beta blocker) counteract clen from burning fat?

It would significantly decrease clen's fat burning effect. Clen might also give you anxiety & increased blood pressure. Since those two drugs have opposite mechanisms of action you shouldn't take them concurrently...

WHY Aromasin should be your favorite anti-E

I didn't see that one before, thanks for posting it. The average estradiol suppression was about 38 %, and it peaked @ 62 ± 14%. This is comparable to what is usually achieved when 1-2 mg of anastrozole is administered ED, and the effect on plasma lipids is similar as I said earlier... 38% is...

    Question for Nelson-ephedra

Haycock mentioned this in his article: "The advantages to using a non-specific beta agonist are two fold. First, although ephedrine binds to other adrenergic receptors, it seems that the most beneficial adrenergic effects, such as thermogenesis, are actually enhanced after chronic use.2,3 This...

    Question for Nelson-ephedra

I didn't post this as a response to your original post. Just wanted to show that its effect doesn't significantly decrease with chronic use, and that it actually increases T3/T4 ratio... Obviously the effect of a drug will be observed while it's active. Do you think that they should have waited...

    Question for Nelson-ephedra

The dosages didn't increase, they just measured plasma epinephrine response to ephedrine treatment (which increased 87%)... They measured lipid oxidation, metabolic rate & thermogenesis and compared results with another experiment in which no ephedrine was used... The result shows that ephedrine...
