As CFM said work on site rotation. Could be forming scar tissue and injecting oil into a formed pocket. Rotate sites, foam roll scar tissue to heal quicker.

X2. If you just did your first pin in quads of course it's going to be sore. I just switched from glutes to quads with prop, yesturday being when I pinned. I have pip and can tell it won't be gone for a few days. Muscles just have to get used to it.
