30lbs of lean body mass is alot of weight. If I were you I would try to get moderate gains that would be easier to keep. I read that it took Dorian 13 years to gain 70lbs lbm.

Usually they are very good about mistakes and mess ups on their part. Overall they have a nice operation going.

He died of heart failure, stress from the kidney dialysis. He lived like twenty minutes from me and I saw him every now and then, very sad :(.
