    Wraps are for pussy's!!! Always wonder why most of you have crap forearms......try training without wraps for 6month and you will notice the difference. Might be one exception if doing HEAVY deads,and I mean heavy 5plates+ aside.

    I agree with ballowski either run clen 2wks on/2wks off or 2days on/2days off, I prefer the latter of the two. Also I would up the dose of winstrol to 50mg/ed. I found injections are much more effective again at 50mg but if your running orals again id go with 50mg/ed

    As in any bulking diet, when you hit that wall and stop adding muscle you simply increase your calories slightly. Now my question is that would the same effect work on AS? Increasing slightly to continue growing? I know a few bodybuilders who swear by compound changes every 6wks with a break...
