hey guys.. i know i got a lot of work to do but this is my 1 year progress.. i just wanted to see where im at..
first pic was june 05 when i was 185lb 12% 3-4month after i started to lift
secon pic was dec 05 210 14%
last 2 pic was taken today june 14 06 225lb about 14-16%
i been lifting 1 1/2 year now and i got long way to go.. specially chest and bi need improve..
shittin on me that might motivate me lol
and if anyone could give me tips for building serious size on pec. that would be awesome
