23 yr old ex beach bum who was running test/d bol and maybe deca for strength.

This was an outdoor power meet. I took my class, 181 took 2 nd overall. Now this was a b/s redneck power meet of little or no conseguence and I only pressed 320 ? sguatted 500 ish ? but pulled a 565.
My point ALL 3 of those aromatise in one of 2 way s and 2 years later I had my left tit s mammary gland CUT out at 212. ( I came down from 192 for those numbers so I was only using test the last month and 3 day s b4 the weigh used a laxative 2 and a diuretic once to make 181....and ate and drank the 5 hour s before the actual meet we weighed at 0600-1200 am for sign in and began at 1300. I was there 0559..and went to Shoney s and ate slept ate slept ate. Then snorted a part of a Molly lollol Pre aderol sonny.
Now I m 51 and still loving it;. setbacks occur of course. health. vacations. work. LIFE.
My gearage ceased in 91-92. 220 ish was my max weight. EVER..And I had legs. Won Mr. X and took 1,2,3 in many different types of vanity meets, shows, strength, strongman shows.
Now with all the knowledge, supps and training advances...I will say it again...
Take what you got---genetics
Train ur ass off --discipline (I been 1 hour a day for 33 years now)
Eat correctly lots or less---genetic modification for a set goal (3j s area )
Rest--at night and between w/o s
Gear- go slow. Know what -uck; 2 nd cycle does not mean STACK TIME g d it.
3j has assisted me ater set backs of 20-30 pounds due to-whatever.
Now, I was not knowledgeable about what 2 type s of drug s that could have averted the gyno that was making milk ? (Under 200 posts please.) 2 rep s to the first to answer if your right and only 1 if you can say it and not explain it.
U young guy s have such a wealth of info to access if you d only read. Slow down eat right, train right rest and gear RESPONSIBLY. It s a long term lifestyle choice.
