Week 1-12: Aburaihan Test E 500mg EW
Week 6-12: Geneza Dbol 50mg ED
Week 14-18: Clomid 50mg Ed
Week 14-18 Aromasin 25mg Ed

I also have Geneza deca 250 I was thinking of adding it to my cycle from week 1-12, but I said that probably would be too harsh for a first cycle , if guys think its okay for a first cycle i dont mind adding it.

Id probably use 0.5mg aromasin during my cycle if i get signs of gyno etc.

2:00 pm meal 3 Cal/Fat/Carbs/Pro
Grilled Chicken (100g) 171/6.5g/0g/28g
Bowl Of salad...got no idea

4:30 Pm Meal 4 Cal/Fat/Carbs/Pro
1 Apple 80/0.3g/20.7g/0.5g
Yougurt cottage cheese 80/2.5g/2g/10g
Peanuts+almonds 164/14.3/5.6/6g

(green tea between meal 4 and 5)

7:00 pm Meal 5 Cal/Fat/Carbs/Pro
Salmon 150/4.5g/0g/26g

Any opinions would grealty be appreciated.

yeah cut to 15% before the cycle since higher BF% means more risk. also dbol should be in the first few weeks to kick start the cycle. you wont feel the test till around week 4-6.
 
Ohh man i was 30% BF and i droped to 21% and now i have to drop to 15% :mad:

Is there anything i can take to drop the fat quicker.

You can try E.C.A...I don't like that shit though, I get way to anxious on it..

More hard work, lots of water...

Take in less, less food that is.

Here is a simple yet effective formula

Find out what your BMR is (google it).

Take BMR X 7(days) to figure out your weekly calories. Remove 3500 calories for 1 pound of fat loss, or 7000 calories for 2.

Start any meals you eat with a lean protein and work the rest out from there.

There is really no quick fix for this, and to tell you the truth it really sucks.
