2 cycle for 2006

the work out when well ended up with just bi's and shuol press , getting very strong and seeing changes in my body , still trying to get the diet in line with six meals , but im close and the work is making progress.
 
i have my friend , one might say around a 100 time's
i only use my cycle log a type of code and always in broken english .

leigh is on 25 Winstrol (winny) daily for the past 3 days and utting back to 12.5 per day ( around)

back, neck, tri's

diet is rolling with 3-4 protiwn drinks daily and the gains are commng fast .
leigh is cut back to 12.5 mg per day of Winstrol (winny) , the 25 mg is way too much for her .

monday is chest and sauna at the home gym .
 
wed 6/7/06 we had a great chest work out .

leigh did 7 set's 45/65/85/105/85/65/45 max out and flys 20/20/25
i used 135/225/225/115/115 flys 20/50/50/

leigh is talking deeper on 12.5 of Winstrol (winny) daily , we shall go back to anavar asap
leigh is making great gain's due to her diet is in check she eats the same amount as me and i'm 270 yeaterday and she is 150 even
 
SAT we hit shoul and neck real hard , we took sunday and monday off to recover and we took leigh off cycle the Winstrol (winny) is too strong , i need to get some anavar for her , that seems to work with no sides .
leigh eat;s when and what i eat shes shoulder press with 75 and i use 105
the only problem is i weigh 272 she wighs 152 , the bitch is getting strong and ready for her best show ever at the mr. o
 
leigh is off cycle . we hit the legs on wed , no squats , just machines
the diet has gone wild due to the bday party and it's time to re commit to the program

number one probelm get the h20 level up, up ,

276 , picked up bf due to the b-day cake and father's day cake , uh
back in the game , sauna and work out tonight , changing gears to human grade
 
chest and leg press yesterday , going on a low carb diet and high rep , in order to drop some bf and then v out .
6/27/06 was the work out , bee taking the 500 mg in one shot 1 week , will go back to 2 a week
 
diet down is the name of this game , i guess 10-20 days low low carb will do the trick
i got way to lax on the high carb in take and now must poy the price .
with a little planning this will work out for the mr o .

cut the bf with the south beach diet and now going for mass
tue chest incline 225 4*sets
over head press 125 *3 sets

its back on track , moving to pro-pharm gear , i took my last shot of Qv .
back to eating 400 gm of protien daily
