2 cycle for 2006

the only way this is going to work is the early am work out , ever since the gym changed there hours my work out as been way out of wack .
tue chest/tri's low weight , wu 15/25 30/15/2 45/15/1 fly . kick backs 30/12/3
it took 25 min at the home gym , way to go !!!
in no time time i will be back to a 315 press
 
wed am back (home gym) , this is going to work
L is back on cycle today 12.5 per day of Winstrol (winny) .
sauna 16 mim yesterday , diet is on time .
the mr o gives a lot of motivation to improve thy self

eight mile hike on sunday it was 100 out side and i lost some real body fat !!
think this may be a every weekend thing .
mon ches/ tri's every thing is right nothing is wrong
 
WED shoul/ bi's , great work out at the gym , lower weight on the miltary pres due to a lower back ach . leigh is off the Winstrol (winny) , to manny sides , back to anavar or nothing.
 
sat ,chest/tri and 3.5 mile hike in the rain , gunho,
sun off , 100% rest and healing day , lot's of sleep, and very easy day

missed my shot on sunday will take tonight and wed , i will be back on track
 
shoul today , we will change work out to 1 body part per day 6 days a week , i have good luck with this one in the past . i miised my shot sunday and now will have a dip in test soon , wed i will get back in line with the test shots .

you didnt lose body fat becuase it was 100 our, water went down majorly and that is why you looked cut up. But sounds like your having good gains.
 
thur off and fir day , 8 mile hike at a temp of 97 , wow , thats 16 miles this week and we plan to redue on sunday and lower the time of the hike , the legs fell this , in fact that hike takes all i have to make it on a fast pace/ slow run due to the heat , i think ?
getting lean but need Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in a bad way
