Definitely more powerlifting style now Angry. Elbows tucked right in, bar touches lower ribcage and I push up more towards my feet. I try and arch back and get as much air into my stomach as poss.
It would be cool if PB could comment on this, see if I'm in the ballpark.
 
Forgot to say it seems to take some of the stress away from the shoulders and brings the lats into it alot more. And the lats are one powerful muscle. Not mine, other peoples.

nice numbers....i didnt read all your posts but why all the cuff work?

I guess its one of those things either i do it after all my upperbody workouts or i forget and don't do it at all. But don't get me wrong I'm not spending alot of time on it just throwing it in when I'm stretching at the end. 2x per week.
Too much you think?
 
if your recovery is good, i don't see anything wrong with it. if it's not bothering your other lifts, i don't see why not
