So with var there can still be muscle gains as well right? Really happy with the tbol and although cutting at the end is a good idea I do want to keep increasing not loose! I am hoping that a lot of your amazing cutting is down to 3j ' magic- would you agree?

How much are you weighing now? I personally don't look at weight gain anymore. Just as long as the muscles are growing and the mirror keeps looking better, I'm always happy :D
 
Just watched this, obviously as I have a month's worth ready to go, I am hoping this is bs or that my PSL is under dosed. Be interesting to see our results bro.

He had ZERO factual information. He's basing everything off what Searle sold their shit for. Yes anavar raw is expensive...HTF does he know what people get their raws for??? Well guess what, Eli Lilly sells Cialis for $30 a pop. Does that mean PSLs Cialis is junk cause its only $1 a piece? Id say not ;)

Weird,weight is back up a couple to 191. I am missing the deca. Think my body really liked that stuff.
Can't say that I am feeling anything from the anavar yet. Been one week now.
 
So, just as I was telling notdorianyates the other day about getting injured when feeling at the top of your game, it happened today. I should have seen it coming and just ran out of the gym. Was flat bench day and felt great. Did PR on it for 6 reps after good warm ups etc. and did 3 sets at that weight. Then dropped to 185 for burn out set of 10-12 reps. Did 2 reps and when I started to push the 3rd I felt a pop and intense pain in my left shoulder. I thought I was going to drop the bar on myself. Fortunately my fear of embarrassing myself and ego helped me get it up and racked safely. Jesus, I would have had to change gyms if I had screamed for help with 185 on my chest.
I immediately unracked the weights and went to the shower. No triceps, just ended workout. Never have really injured shoulder like this, so we'll see what damage in a couple days. Fuck.

Oh sh*t mate, how are you doing? I am hoping that the fact you racked there and then and legged it means it is minor, just your shoulder stepping in and then over compensating. No spotter on PR'S? You crazy man!

Picked up a couple of minor injuries this week, hand and lower back, who knows where the hand one has come from. As we said it is difficult to take it steady on aas.

Terrible sleep as I suspected. Can barely move arm upwards. Leg day today and biceps. May have to forgo biceps if i cant find a pain free way to hit them. Glad i dont drink anymore or i would have really felt like crap this am.
 
Workout went well. Painful when The weight from the pads on the hack squat pushed down on traps. But you know, it seemed to release some of the pressure in the knotted up muscles there.
On biceps I was able to do a preacher curl machine that allowed me to stabilize arm from shoulder to elbow. So trained them with zero pain. Very happy at the small victory. Tomorrow is lower back and shoulder press day... We'll likely be doing very little except abs and cardio after lower back.
I think yesterday maybe my last ever barbell bench. Just not worth it anymore. At least I went out at top of my game!
 
Wow, that is quite the statement man, you serious?

Sounds like the iso moves were a good idea and should be a good path to follow whilst you get that injury recovered, you can always just work light on bench after that maybe?

Var still proving elusive in terms of any improvements? You must be nearly two weeks in now?
 
Not sure, but hardly have done barbell bench for some time. Was really just getting back into it. Like dumbells or machines these days. Lots of joint issues over the years, so try to be nice.
Anavar is still not really noticeable and will be two weeks on wednesday. Wish i had enough to up dose to 75mg.
