35 years old, first steroid cycle

Well hello guys... its my first post here, nice to find you all want to share some things and get your knowledge and answers...

i am 35 years old and i do martial arts since i was 17 and i am still doing it... i started weight lifting also on my 26 and i am already 9 years in this, i would like to take my body to the next level and i dont have many info to do that...

i am 89kg 186cm and i believe my bf is 13-15%

i am looking forward for a cutting cycle and i was proposed to start with
1-8 weeks testosterone eth
1-12 weeks masteron
4-8 weeks testosterone prop
4-8 weeks anavar

my goal is 88kg with less than 10% bf

i am waiting for your opinions and options... many thanks!

test is king. it is very versatile and is great for any goal. it should be the base of every cycle.

however, you seem to have much to learn. start by reading the stickies, and reading some more before you decide to cycle. there is a lot to know in this game and the more knowledge you have, the more successful you will be.

well if i could make the results i want without using any steroids i would but i find it pretty impossible to be 88kg with 7-8% only with supplements food and exercise

7-8% is very low. are you competing? if not i'd shoot for a comfortable 10-12. you will look great at 88kg 12%bf. under 10% is uncomfortable and IMO unnecessary unless competing.

I second the opinion that 7-8% is uncomfortable and really only achievable for a few weeks each year...

right now you are 89kg 13-15%, and want to be 88kg 7-8%... if 8% is really your goal I doubt you would still hold onto that much bodyweight, losing 5-10kg and achieving that bf% is attainable, but it will take 4-6 months and you're diet will have to be crazy strict.

another thing to think about... if you are going to do a real "cut" it won't really be possible to continue your martial arts training at the same time as your strength/stamina level will be greatly reduced

to recap... cutting is NOT comfortable, but you will look good
 
so i believe that staying between 84-85kg and be arroung 11% at 186cm will be the best...
i've never been in a very strict diet, i ve been only before fights but i was always arroung 87-90kg

my MAIN problem is i dont know what to eat and when to eat and how much to eat :(

Definitely send 3J a PM. I suspect you can pretty easily achieve your goals without running a cycle if you solicit his help. Try it that way first. The cycle will be for you later down the road if you still want to try it.

Just curious how you came to learn your current BF, have you had it measured by a professional? In my experience many people think their bf is at a certain percentage but are usually off with their true bf being higher.

don't mean to be sarcastic but if you are at 7-8% body fat why would you want to do a cutting cycle? you will look like a fucking pencil brother...
run some test and up your protein intake and see what happens. then down the road you can always try adding something with the test. my 2 cents. :)

Keep on reading - taking notes - and you'll do everything right.

As the others are saying - just make sure your first cycle is only testosterone.

You have plenty of time to add all the other stuff. :D

hello my friend i am not 7-8% bf... i wanna be at this level but i suppose its pretty difficult to do it...
 
Have you read the sticky threads yet?

yes mate i did but i am not familiar to many scientific - medical words and some of them i cannot understand...
from what i understood reading them is 2 weeks after my cycle i will start my PCT with clomid or nolvadex if i am right...!!!
