3J help wanted :)

meals pro/carb/fat

meal 1: 1 1/2 cups of oats 0/75/0 (7AM)
2 whole eggs 12/0/10
7 egg whites 28/0/0

total: 40/75/10

meal 2: 250g chicken breast 50/0/0 (P/W)
1 1/2 cups brown rice 0/75/0
2 tea spoons of olive oil 0/0/10

total: 50/75/10

meal 3: 250g chicken breast 50/0/0 (1PM)
1 cup brown rice 0/50/0
2 tea spoon olive oil 0/0/10

total: 50/50/10

meal 4: 250g rump steak 50/0/10-15 (4PM)
vegies

total: 50/0/10-15

meal 5: 1 whole egg 6/0/5 (7PM)
8 egg whites 32/0/0
1/2 cup oats 0/25/0

total: 38/25/5

meal 6: 250g chicken breast 50/0/0 (p/w)
1 1/2 cups brown rice 0/75/0
2 tea spoons olive oil

thats pretty much what i plan on eating i know there is fat and protein here and there (oats and in the rice) but this is just a fast copy....how do u think it looks...i cannot eat nuts other wise id try to get my fats from that source so thats why il add olive oil to my meal once its cooked..but thanks man and let me know and would like u to fix it up for me to make it spot on :) and i got my skin fold done today im weighing 170lbs i got 3 sites my stomach,chest and thigh

switch ur rump steak with the chicken in ur last meal.. just switch the places of ur meat...

i dont like the way uv set up ur carb selection.. ur body needs diff nutrients..

look into lentil.. like red kidney beans.. high in pro/carbs.. sweet potatoes.. red potatoes.. yams... and the such.. dont eat the same thing over and over again.. the nutritional value in kidney beans and sweet potatoes far outweigh that of brown rice.. mix it up.. it'll only help your body along the way.. people make diets too static..

also.. i dont see any greens in ur diet... add them... at least 3 servings a day..

i go through a full garden salad and 4 cups of broc a day.. its very important
 
thanks bro....will switch my carbs up alot with what u sed....thanks heaps for the advies aswell il let ya know my final diet when i come closer to bulking.....and il put before pics and progress pics as well thanks gain mate :)
