3J results - 4 months of dieting

Haha ya definite dedication. 215lbs first picture. Weighted in at 185lbs Friday night. 2nd photo is Saturday at the morning show so I'm sure my weight was in that 185-190 range by then after adding some carbs and I'm 5' 10"
 
Forgot to mention I was at 195lbs on the Monday and by the time all water was out of my system on Friday night, I was down to 185lbs.
 
i see the Alberta flag there bro... seems u cowboys are doin it right out there. I'm from the Toronto area, been living in China the last 12 years, but will be returning to Canada for good in the next month. I'm 5'10" as well, about 245 right now, 38 years old... thinking about trying a masters show in a couple years haha... once again, very good job this year, keep it up!

Lots of competitors out here in your age. I think I was the youngest guy competing at the show.
 
Amazing results and congratulations on placing. That transformation is freaking awesome inspired me enough to send 3J an email to see if he can help me :).

stomper is no less or more of a person then anyone else here.. the only difference is that he has the determination and dedication thats necessary for a change like that...

that means its not out of your reach too bro...

now that's a hell of a transformation!!!Can't believe you only dropped 20lbs and the 10lbs of water and got that razor cut! Awesome job!Congrats!
