I know this is discussed in other threads, but my total body "soreness" makes this a thread of its on. Who else is doing this? I still can't believe I'm getting this tore up over a 30-35 min workout. I'm sore as hell. I've worked out for years, going heavy mostly, 3-6 rep range with being in the gym 60-75 min. This is crazy. I will say this, you can't have buddy time, or talk about the weekend while on this workout, you HAVE to finish your set, adjust weight, take a breath and literally perform your next set. Why in the hell have I not performed this before the ripe ole age of 39???? On arm day, I'm particularly cursing 3J, damn my arms seriously fell like they are bout to explode. Still getting my mind wrapped around only bring in the gym for 35 min max, but shit, it's working.
