ya i am, but i've been off for over a year.. on 50mg test c a week...

blast just started a week ago, and i've been slacking on diet and training due to being in a salary position where i have to work a lot
 
Maybe ill take some pics later. I look like shit. Fat and flat. Not on cycle. Currently cutting natty.

We understand. If you make progress naturally and it shows you really tried, you can take a place here. We are going to take everything into consideration clman.

50mg a week is a waste you might be better off on nothing. You need to increase your dosage. On the other hand, I don't think you look bad. You can rebound quick. You actually look tough like a KILLER! I would not want to get on your bad side! :D
 
5"11 192-195lb atm. Wanted to get real low in bf and do a 8/10 month slow bulk and compete. Almost want to go one now.

I do too , you need at least 5 or 6 guys to call it a real contest with winners & losers . I would enter but I'm touch & go for a out of state summer job at the time . Come on guys ! I want to see some transformations ! ~Bo
 
yes.. i was about to make the same suggestion.. actually longer than monday.. its a holiday weekend.. give people a chance to recover and get back on the forum

Wouldn't mind giving this a shot but there's a few things keeping me out. I travel for a living and in in and out of hotels on a pretty regular basis.

-I train alone and my availability of potential photographers is pretty limited, most often nil
-although I make sure hit my hit my macros overall and make smart choices, most of my eating is done in restraunts making precise food logs tricky

Just wondering how much flexabilty there is with the progress reports, in my case life/work is going to make that part tough

Give us a time frame you can do your progress reports? Two times a week?
 
I hope it won't start too late , i'm goin' on a cruise with my family on the 23 july and initial starting date was just perfect....

Realistically only once/week since it would involve a co-worker getting off shift early to come into the gym to snap the pics. Could throw in a few selfies through the week as well but wouldn't be able to to hit the mandatory poses with those. Plus there not really accurate since it's kinda tough to pose properly and take a good pic at the same time
