Trying tp pursue this diet for another month, been dieting down now for 18 weeks, alittle bit to long, and def my body is telling me something and fighting back, this week I incorporiated wednesday for a cheat meal and my usual sundays imhave been doing as well on this 16 week cut, yesterday followed the cheat meal as planned but went ahead of myself and binged out abit, def I kmow my body is telling me something as by the 3rd or forth day dieting I am surveryly craving food!, I will see how this goes using wednesday and sundays as a cheat, and today will drop the carbs down to 100g, 50g carbs pre/post w/o, as today as usual after a cheat meal or binge loo my stomach feels like I have rocks in it lmao, I am trying to last this 4 weeks for this contest, giving it my all, my original plan was to recomp after 16 weeks as I dropped down lower in bf as planned 9% but seen this contest and couldnt resist lol, my goal was 12 to 10% but got lower which I cant complain
So monday/tues 150g carbs
Wed ( high day)
Thur/fri 100g carbs
Saturday 50g carbs
Sunday ( high day)
