Hitting back today, this video is the same theory I use on my cut, change it up from time to time incorporating drop sets as well, also at times I will hit my back twice a week giving its a large muscle group, so I will change things up the second time I hit my back, bringing in t rows, bb bent over rows, ect

I can tell u one thing, I dont get night sweats and all, but when I leave the gym my tank is completly soaked, usually got to change tanks cause iam to damn sweatie and some older woman complain lmao, stupid ass gym but hey it fits in my budget for the time being

Also been told I look scarey and intimidating, when u are soaking wet and new veins popping out daily I guess maybe I would lol, not the talkative one in he gym like to concentrate on what I am doing and probs dont look like the nicest dude in the gym when pumping iron but thats just me, very intense and if your in my way orstanding arounf taking up time on something I wanna use I am the type of guy to tell somebody, most annoying is when people text on there cell phone or tie shit up or standingin groups talking taking there sweet as time
 
Lol i'm just like you Matt ...all business in the gym , no talk no bullshit . Problem is sometimes i get guys coming up to me asking for advice... So try to leave my tren rage behind and be nice :)
 
Alittle taste of what I chow down pre w/o, hardly any supplements on this cut, whole food keeps me feeling full :)
Note usually always grill my chicken but had pieces left the equaled out to my scaled weight so had to pan fry them with some pam, why they look they way they do, always boil my ground beef as well, and not a brown rice dude, white rice works just as fine ;), and taste better, throw some mustard in there and its golden

Nailed back tonight, felt awesome!, soaking wet once again, couldnt get enough, the comments and stares just want to keep u there lol, anyways posting my post w/o meal, already ate my chicken lol, the rest I am chowing down as I type
 
Trying tp pursue this diet for another month, been dieting down now for 18 weeks, alittle bit to long, and def my body is telling me something and fighting back, this week I incorporiated wednesday for a cheat meal and my usual sundays imhave been doing as well on this 16 week cut, yesterday followed the cheat meal as planned but went ahead of myself and binged out abit, def I kmow my body is telling me something as by the 3rd or forth day dieting I am surveryly craving food!, I will see how this goes using wednesday and sundays as a cheat, and today will drop the carbs down to 100g, 50g carbs pre/post w/o, as today as usual after a cheat meal or binge loo my stomach feels like I have rocks in it lmao, I am trying to last this 4 weeks for this contest, giving it my all, my original plan was to recomp after 16 weeks as I dropped down lower in bf as planned 9% but seen this contest and couldnt resist lol, my goal was 12 to 10% but got lower which I cant complain
So monday/tues 150g carbs
Wed ( high day)
Thur/fri 100g carbs
Saturday 50g carbs
Sunday ( high day)

Just the the competition aspect, love competing and coukdnt resist nomatter my original plans, I will give it my all till the end of this contest then it will be eating at maintanence or abit higher
No excuses tho, dont get me wrong, not an excuse type of guy either!
Everyone is in the same boat!, dieting down is tough, no doubt about it, exspecially when u get lower in bf the mental game becomes even bigger!

Last couple days have been great diet and training wise after my wednesday refeed
Only thing in the later stages of a cut for awhile u feel so damn hungry all the time lol, but gotta keep the results in the backmof your head when u think wtf am I doing, its all mental shit, the mental shit is enough to drive u insane at times exspecially when u see somebody chewing on a nice greasy pizza lol

Mon/tues 150g carb ( 2300 kcal)
Wed ( refeed)
Thurs/ fri 100g carb ( 2000 kcal)
Sat 50g carb ( 1800 kcal)
Sun ( refeed)
Keeping protein at 275g, fat 50g

No Matt - thats the "Egyptian Popeye" , dumbfk goes around with his Synthol filled arms acting like a real bodybuilder .
