Its not 100% guaranteed he will suffer all those sides at such levels. Everyones physiology is different. But he should be ready for it lol.

Another reason why it stops at 4 weeks and not 6!


This guy is obese. No offense to the OP. Im just making it a point that this is not his best option for weight loss.

My 1st week of Beast will be 10mg. Even week 4 & 5 at 30mg will be manageble for me I predict. Have a good look at my supplement intake. Im a pretty fit obese guy :) at least blood, heart & cardio wise

My supplement & REST regime[posted before] aint run of the mill guys but thats not only what gives me my health[I think]. I have not gone into it but I am an 'overeating' health freak thats been able to limit alot of damage. I am a Primal/Paleo diet guy within limits and I eat 99% gluten free. Some of the things I do daily are Fish/Krill Oil Oil, 10g of 85% Dark Choc/day, 20g Blueberries ,goji berries ,5g of extra virgin coconut oil, maca, rhodolia, 10 cups of some of the healthest chinese green vegetables, etc, etc

We will see how my health protocol combines with my cycle protocol and if it make any difference. I will certainly eating less food over all.

I will post by a bit more of my training routine this week.
 
I am considering katana or Helladrol in lieu of beastdrol. Could in the end depends on what arrives over the border 1st.

May I ask how come Beast as opposed to Katana?

:) I tell you a secret I am the kind of person that sets a high goal, almost unattainable with the hope of getting as close as possible. I would be extremely happy with anything below 10 %[300lbs]. That is what an IFBB bodybuilder should look like off season.

**bodypod at gym not working so had wife use the Accu-Measure calipers on the thickest part of my stomach. Also took my waist measure as a back up. Thats good enough for me as I dont hold my bodyfat evenly, its more 85% upperbody /15%lower body. Measurement techniques will be kept consistent over the 6 weeks and 4 weeks of pct.

Last week I lost 3lbs on almost 23,000calories/wk[80% clean calories] with 2days HIIT and 100min Cardio so upping my calories[as I will easting 97% clean] for the carb cycling protocol to :

I will be starting a new 6 week Beastdrol cycle Log on Feb 26th. yes I know 6 weeks is pushing it but this not my 1st designer cycle.

The cycle will be 10/20/20/30/30/20

The aim will be recomposition [losing fat whilst gaining muscle]

Over a 1 year period I hope to achieve that hard grainy lookat a sub 5% bodyfat level whilst weighing over 300lbs.

Yes I know its a tall order but here goes my 1st cycle in that quest.

After a 4 week break[pct protocol, holding my weight and muscle mass]I will be dieting for 4 weeks then its time for another 6-8 week cycle[injectable + oral].

I am a endomorph in every sense of the word. Strong as an ox, gains muscle easily but gains fat just as easily.

Stats:

40yrs old

I have been training for over 20yrs and have previously done a hdrol/epi cycle over 18mths ago. My diet was not good and 'Life pressures' have resulted in my current unacceptable body fat level.

As I will be doing a 6 week cycle I will be using extra liver support, as well as extra cycle support from mrsupps and need2build. Additionally I will be able to able to to get 7-9 hrs sleep a night + 1-2hrs/day. I will be drinking a minimum of 3L of water/day. Blood work will be done
every 2 weeks. Green Vegetables will be at 5-10cups/day !! and various
anti-oxidants will total over 5000-10000 mg/day.

At the end of the 6 week cycle at a minimum I am looking to end up at:

317lb at 18.6% body fat
muscle gain 11.7 lbs
fat loss 20.5 lbs

After 14 weeks:

TRAINING

I have a bad habit of weight training in the 3-5 reps range.

I will be training Ronnie Coleman style
Heavy weight[or 'light weight baby'] as heavy as possible 8- 12 reps [ I am naturally strong, can squat 300lbs the 1st day for reps after a 3 month layoff from gym]

Focus on basics - deadlifts, squats, etc
special emphasis on Upper Chest, Forearm and Calfs

Implicit in the above is balls to wall hardcore[1-1.5hr workout BUT keeping any over training to an absolute minimum.


DIET

The diet that I have had previous success with in the past [2005] is the old Twin Peaks carb cycling diet. In the past I have lost a steady 1-2lbs/wk on this diet with the following ratio's for a total weight loss of 45lbs over 25weeks. I gained 4lbs muscle over the period with no steriod use.

Will be 300p/125f/85c instead of 300p/25f/15c as I am adding 250g of dry roasted cashews spread over 6 meals.

either 30min premeal cardio OR fishing in 34C degree sun for 2-3hrs and NO cardio. my fishing is not old man style and requires constant moving & casting so burning 1000calories in the hot sun is not out of the question. Usually I drink 3 Litres water for the whole trip. I suspect tomorrow I will probably drink about 8-10Litres all day.

Doesnt matter to me buddy, Even I dont believe I am 23% lol. My initial pictures are already with 3J. The new pictures will reveal all. I will update at least every other day and post 1st pictures on March 12th.

I will accept nothing short of a visible 4pack by the end of the cycle but at the same time I dont want to weigh in less than 136.5kg at the end of the 6 weeks and to ensure this I will monitor my diet like a hawk.

We will see.

I havent had an update from Day 4 but so far so good, NO SIDES to report..yet at least. Nice strength increases and a semi-permanent pump.

Notes: I had to reduce from USPlabs 3OEP/ PES 3Alpha T2 to........ 2/2 instead. I also had to drop the Yohimbine HCL. The Jitters especially with the Jack3D were too much. I also tried the cashews on No carb day but I will be dropping them as cashews, mango and dairy are 3 foods that bloat me up].

My No carb day will be back as of Saturday to ZERO carbs.

I also use USP Labs - 1 Anabolic Pump and 1 Pslin per day. Water, Sleep and other supplements such as Liver supps, CoQ10 and Hawthorn are also in check. Blood Pressure and glucose test are all normal.


Overall I am still aiming for a 13mm caliper measure [16.8% body fat] by April 9 coming in at a weight of 136.5kg.

So many times you read the hype and go " yeah yeah yeah.....
But I gotta say guyz this is real, for real this is real.

My workouts were going downhill. I didnt have the juice, I was getting crushed. I called out to all of you good bros on here and you guyz said try stimulants.
Well that got me to thinking. And then I decided to ask needto for his thoughts.
Well he suggested needto Slin and Forger Burner.

All I can say is this stuff IS THE SHIT, it ROCKS!
Its almost too much but not quite. It is still "just" managable, still "just" controlable, BUT JUST BARELY!

The focus on this combination is almost painful. The intensity is unbelieveable. My workouts are a total SLAM on this combination.
There is no forcing myself at all. In fact now its hard for me to pull back and not beat myself into a heap.

Its like that moment when youre having sex. You know where youre just about to cum? Thats the feeling being on this combination. That feeling of intensity, that moment of clairity, that moment of lasered in precision.
Thats how I feel on this combination.

Almost ZERO SIDES but yday I uped dosage to 2 Beastdrol / 1 Phreak

This protocol will be run for the next 2 weeks.

All I can say is that I am as strong as an OX,todays workout had me doing 25 reps[knee to forehead] legPresses at 200kg/ 440lb and I could have gone on for more. Next leg workout I will be attempting 300-325kg for the 15reps I normally target. My long legs were taking it in stride.

Now here is my problem for the 45degree leg presses I dont use a belt or knee wraps BUT for squats I am having major joint issues. Being 6'5" doesnt help and I feel joint pain in my hips, upper leg joint/bone and of course knees. The knee wraps are a must[I cant squat without them though I warm up without them] and I use my powerlifting belt that provides great back support BUT the hip joint pain is now worse than ever. I was taking 2000mg of Primo Cissus and now I have switched to Need2Build Forged Joint Repair[3000mg of Cissus blend]. I am also taking 12000mg[12caps] of Fish Oil per day.

1) Any ideas on what I can do re the joint issues as I have 5 more weeks to go on this cycle ?

2) Does anyone have an opinion on bridging my cycle with Forma and 11KT[11oxo] spray for 4weeks after the initial week 6 cycle and then moving into traditional post cycle therapy (pct) for the next 4 weeks. During the bridge and post cycle therapy (pct)[8weeks] I would be aiming to further drop my bodyfat by a further 5-10% with the same carb cycling diet/increased cardio and supplements[Eviserate, OEP/ Alpha T2 and Yohimbine]

If u r having pain that intense then dont risk injury and let ur legs heal themselves. I say give them a week to fully recover. Ur form might not be that good either if u r having hip pain. Im a tall guy too 6'3. When u start back up go with a few warm up sets with lighter weight b4 moving into ur normal weight range. i start off with 135 x 15

but I will follow your advice with more warm up sets and more stretching prior to my workout. I dont think my legs are injured as I feel no pain when leg pressing. I just think I may be a stiff, inflexible bag of knots plus being overweight for so long doesnt help either. I always feel less joint pain below 140kg. If only more fat people realize this :)

the free squats should build up other stabliser/core muscles. the older I get is the more I realize how much being flexible is really important. This of course also ties into using the core free weight building exercises as well.

who can forget Ronnie stretching for 30mins ending in a full ballerina split after a leg workout that included 700-800lbs squats ...something most of us should 'aspire' to imo
