Good thred here for a fist timer on the beast. I have read and re-read this thred and about made myself crazy trying to figure out what the hell to buy. Here is what I have purchased. I hope to god it's good enough cause I can't take this shit no more!

Hey guys, quick update.
This is day 4 on the beast and I had the am dose at 7:00 this morning (10mg). At this point, still no ill effects to report. There is no sick stomach, no lethargy, irritability, oily skin, etc. I did notice a little tension in my neck at the base of my melon last night. Not ready to attribute it to the beast...will keep an eye on this.
Diet has been clean and on target of 3600 cal/day. I did have a cheat lunch at Chuy's with my wife but had the chicken fajitas which, macrologically (is that even a word) was not far off from my plan. I am considering cutting out 200-400 cals/day because I am feeling quite full all day. I don't think its a bloated feeling just full...all day. Keeping it 3600 for now but will monitor.
Now for the fun part.
I have done chest, shoulders, abs, back, lats, traps, deads and calves. The strength is somewhat the same, maybe a tad greater. The energy is definitely better and the pumps are out of this world! The best part is that the pump has yet to go away, the feeling or visually. I have gained 2.5 lbs but am eating like a horse so to early to tell where it's going. It may be all in my head but I feel bigger, not jacked up but, it's hard to explain, maybe it's mental but I'm standing taller and broader. I may have assumed the attitude of what is coming physically. All in all a very positive start and looking forward to the next few weeks.

shit will hit u hard after week one. The full feeling can be attributed to the beast. Id say try to force the food down i did. I started post cycle therapy (pct) 2 days ago and im back to my usual being hungry all day Feels Great!!

I gained 18 lbs in 2 weeks no bullshit. then 4 more on the 3rd week. seems to me that the gains slow after week 3 but dont start until after week 1. I had an injury at the beginning of week 4 and got sick on the first day of PCT....sucked.

One of the reasons I said anything over 4 weeks doesnt get better.

Any new reports Fog? I start my cycle next week. Anything you didn't get that you wish you would have as far as support sups? Hows the appetite? Thats what i'm most worried about. It's hard enough for me to consume 3000 calories a day.
Well today is day 9. I started a new job yesterday and missed the gym. Was hoping to get in tonight but no go. I am 2 hrs from where I'm training and it just wasn't in the cards. That makes 2 missed days! I am so disappointed!!! Tomorrow is my last day training out of town and I'll be home by 3pm so I will do Mon. and Tues workouts then (my off day)... chest shoulders, back traps lats, abs and calves. So basically I will have to do a full body wo cept for arms. The diet has suffered a bit, not in quantity but in quality. If I have to get just one I prefer quantity. Missing just one wo yesterday, I weighed 210.5 this morning which is up from 203.5 last Monday morning, so a full 7 lbs after 8 days! Still no sides other than a slightly oilier face and a tad bit of lethargy but nowhere near what I was expecting after hearing other's experiences. I expect that to change this week as the Beast kicks into high gear (no pun intended). The "full" feeling has subsided for the most part so that's good. All in all feeling really good.
I still "feel" stout and still look freshly pumped all the time. My wife commented on my arms today and I haven't been in the gym since Friday, and she is not always eager to boost my ego so it confirms what I have been telling myself... the 7 lbs is all lean mass. I haven't measured my arms yet and don't want to till after my next arm day this Fri. BF seems to be holding which was a big concern.
I have always been in tune with my BP and so far so good. My diet will get back to perfect tomorrow so that makes 2 days off target. Last week i did the 5x5 on the big compound movements and 2x8 on the other two for the body part. I went HEAVY but mentally feel like I need to do more. It's hard to wrap my head around the "less is more" concept. I will stick to it this week though.
To sum up;
Up 7 lbs.
No bad sides yet
Look and feel bigger
No visible increase in BF
So far very very pleased.
20 lbs should be no problem.
Oh shit just remembered...the joints are starting to get sore (especially the knees). I went with the krill oil and no flax oil...will add the flax back in and maybe up the h20 and add some coq10...any suggestions welcome. OK enough blithering for now.
