I have now been officially introduced to "back pumps". Very interesting feeling. It's not painful, just tight and well, pumped feeling. If this is all there is to it I'm good. If it gets progressively worse...taurine.

Certainly felt like a beast in the gym last night! Absolutely killed my back. Gould have gone all night.
Half way through week two. If this is just now the sweet spot, Imma 'bout to blow uuuup! BF seems to have increased but I'll deal with that later. The size is becoming more noticeable by the day.
They haven't gotten any worse so I'll just put up with them. The Forma in causing me to have some serious BO! What's up with that shit?!
Quads noticeably thicker. The muscle that runs along the outside is crawling down towards my knee cap. Upper quad is thicker...can tell through my pant legs.
Lats are wider and run further down towards the oblqs. Rear delts (a weak area for me) are filling in nicely. Traps are running up my neck. I wanted the type that bubble up off my shoulders but I think my genetics prohibit that. Some guys have the bubbles and some have the longer traps that angle up the neck, that seems to be my build type. Looking good anyway. This is day 14 and still no bad sides to mention.
You can do it, just think of the end results.
Quick update. I have gone downhill all day. Feel like shit. It is almost like I'm coming down with the flu. It's like the lethargy, I have to this point avoided, has saved itself and thrown it all at me at once. I just want to lay down and sleep for 12 hrs. No pain or sick to my stomach just major fatigue and lethargy. I'm sorry for doubting you and mocking you Mr. Beast, let's just try to get along for the next two weeks.
Grab a double scoop of N2KTS or whatever you take and you will be fine....you'll sleep like a baby from here on out
Feel like shit!!! The lethargy started to hit hard Saturday. Have gotten progressively worse and now body aches are setting in along with chest congestion. If I didn't know better I would think I'm getting sick. Well, I don't know better so It may be that I'm coming down with something. I have worked the whole body to shreds in the gym and there is not one muscle on me that isn't sore. I'm taking the day off from the gym and maybe tomorrow too. That sux because I don't want to waste any time while on. I also don't want to over train and do more harm than good. I do have to say I'm looking beastly though. I will gladly give up a sense of well being for the next two weeks to max my gains. BF is climbing a bit more than I'd like. I'll get it cut but at 44, it's a little tougher these days. Anyone else experience flu-like symptoms while on the beast. It may just be a bug but thought I'd share. Thanks
