47 years old first test cyp cycle

My back injury took a toll on my training. The only drawback is the shoulder pain that follows for days after, they burn like hell.
I am still injecting every night with the Sermorelin/GHRP-6 combo. I cant wait to get back on track. More to follow... :laugh4:

Great to hear the overall story.

To give you a reference, I did a cycle of Deca specifically for pain relief and incorporated GH tides at the same time (still on 5 months later). Based on what I achieved in healing, here is my thinking: Deca will very quickly help with joint pain and will long term help in recovery. GH tides, on the other hand, take longer to help out in the collagen production. I can only conclude this based on my results now that I am off cycle and a tremendous reduction in pain.

I give this advice because Deca would help you now as compared to trying to baseline. Another really cool thing about Deca, is that stressing the joint is, in fact, critical for it to work its best with ligaments/tendons/cartilage. So your workouts now benefit your joints more than they ever did in the past.

another thing: pin tides right after workout for best benefit.

I spoke to the doc yesterday and asked him what we can do after the initial 10 weeks. He tolds me once he gets the bloodwork back and if everything looks good then we can substantially increase the test or stack it with a variety of other anabolics depending on my goals. i am still researching what stack is best but i think I am going to stick with the test, maybe 500mg/week and add Deca. Not sure of the dose for that yet. i am not sure if I need to take some time off between a new cycle or not. Any comments?
Each vial of the peptides included 3mg of Sermorelin and 3mg of GHRP-6 which I mixed with 3ml of Bacteriostatic water. I inject 0.1ml per day before bedtime.
The back is still tight but of course doing lots of stretching.

Thanks for the info. I was thinking Deca would help me out. I believe my joints are my bottleneck at this point. Do you think adding Deca with Test would be overkill? Sould I try a Deca Cycle solo?
I thought about injecting the peps right after my workouts but my doc told me the biggest surge of GH would occur at night. I am thinking when i go back to see him in a few weeks that i might ask him about doing both nighttime and after workouts. Do you ever inject at night? Also I thought Carbs and fats are a no-no one hour before and after an injection. I like to have a high protien and comlex carb meal soon after my workouts. I workout at 6am. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Look at my cycle log where I fully document what I did with GH/test/Deca and the joint recovery results I achieved. Always run Test with Deca. The ratios are debated but remember what your goals are. What are your goals?

15 minutes after pinning you can eat. GH PWO is best for recovery. With the right diet regimen, nighttime is best for BF. However there is discussions out there advising to let your body do the natural GH release work at night and pin in the morning. I have pinned all 3 times. Pinning at night I sleep better. prior to workout, I get a better workout in and post, I am never sore. You can be the judge.
 
Looks good IZZOT- i am glad that you can actually speak frankly with your doc. i agree about the deca - always made my joints feel good and i am reintroducing it now into my cycle for joint pain. My opinion is that your are on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) forever now and that you can "cruise" (low dose) between cycles. Once i started at 47/48 my low test production went even lower and no amount of PCT got the boys energized. Having said that, i feel way better on than off so it's worth the "price' IMO.
 
Just finished my 8th week. All is good. I'm up 13 pounds and feeling strong. Body fat is down almost 1% to 13.2%.Best bench of my cycle was this week. My shoulders still burning after this week. I had to go light for 2 weeks because of my shoulders but am able to keep the weight on. All in all this cycle is a great first step.

Good to hear things are going well with your cycle. I myself am running a very similar cycle.

Sermorelin / GHRP-6 @ 100mcg ED for 24 weeks
200 mg Test Cyp 1x per week for 10 weeks

I just started my 7th week and have gained about 13 lbs and lost around 5% bf. I have also noticed a slight increase in strength.

...and I am still fairly young, so waking up with wood is no surprise.:tounge2:
