5000+ Cals, and NO WEIGHT GAIN!

Ill make this as short as possilbe.

Im 23, 190Lbs, 5-6% Bf, Type 1 Diabetic. Been lifting 4-5 Years.

Anyways, just came off a cycle (test/tren) it shut me down HARD! Its been 3 months since coming off post cycle therapy (pct). (still shutdown as of a few weeks ago).

I curently am eating 5k cals a day on lifting days. Generally 5-600 carbs, and 3-400 grams of protien.

Lifting 4 days a week, with 15-20 min walking after, taking Wednesday and Weekends off.

I have been incorporating a cheat day aka like 10K cals on wednesday and CANNOT gain a pound. If anything, I am losing weight.


Any ideas? Overtrained? Or maybe just because im still shut down its making it hard to put on weight? OR do I NEED MORE FOOD? UGH

I think some one is selling you BUNK Calories budy. I would look for a new supplier
 
are you counting exact calories or guessing...and PB is right..get you a new go to guy....

Ha, no I am serious. People at my gym are all astonished. I literally can eat 5k EASY, generally I am still hungry...

Im eating ALOT of Oats/PB, a couple pounds of beef and or chicken a day. Eggs, nuts, milk ect. and stay lean, no gain!
 
dude bottom line up it to 5500 or 6000 and watch! Its not at all uncommon for ones matabolizm to get stoked up like a raging furnace! That is actually a gift from the gods! If those numbers don't work keep stepping it up 500 cal at a time until you find the number you need!

Really? Dam, I didnt know if this was common, I mean im not a very big guy!

Why is it a gift!? I costs alot! I wish I could grow off 3k or something like that.
 
i'd like to see a full detailed diet

I can log it for a while and post it up. I will guarentee I am hitting the 5k cals. EASY I keep dam good track. I have finally realized diet is everything! Which has kinda taken the fun outta lifting for me but o well.

Today I hit 5200 fyi. And I am still hungry! Maybe I really do need more? My body is telling me something?

Will do, I did a cycle test/tren and was lifting 5 times a week which I have never done. I did make gains, (obviously). I ended the cycle and PCT In december, and then took a week off. So, its been about 2 1/2 months, I have been lifting now 4 times a week, with light cardio after. My workouts are pretty harsh. I mean, push sets to fail ect.
 
Here was what I ate yesterday for anyone else to look at. I didnt right down sizes, just counted carbs/pro/cals (which I have to do for my endo anyways)

Breakfast:
1 Cups oats
2 TBS PB
Nutella
2 Cups Milk
2 Scoops Whey

Totals=1050 cals 105 carbs 80 Protein

Snack
Breakfast to go trail mix

Totals=200 cals 20carbs 5 Protein

Lunch
Chicken 8oz
2 BIG bagels
3 eggs

Totals=900 cals 90 carbs 80 protein

PREWORKOUT

Homeade Bar (oats,pb,pro)
bannana
Yougurt

Totals=900cals 100carbs 45 protien

Dinner
Trail Mix
yogurt
bannana
protein shake

Totals= 730 cals 80 carbs 65 protein

Last meal
!lb beef/noodles
2 cups milk
trail mix
yogurt

Totals=1130 cals 120 carbs 85 protein

DAY TOTALS=4910cals 520carbs 360protein
