So about 2 months ago I herniated a disc in my lower back doing Mma. After weeks in bed I finally got better a month later then BAM, I fell at work hard, slipped on some water. Go to the emergency room and find out I fractured and herniated my back.
Since my work was paying for everything and all these years I never had insurence I asked the doctor to check my livers,kidneys and anything else that the steriods could have done damage to. He said blood looks great and he would get some tests done.
Soooooo he tells everything came back perfect. I was 18 when I started 26 now I've done a cycle every 5 to 6 months from 18-26 time on equals time off. Never went over 800 mgs of test. In those years I've used test,tren,decca,dbol,clen,anavar...I've always listened to the guys on this site. Time on equals time off. Food,food,food..

Wk 1-4 Test Prop 100mg eod jump starter
Wk 1-4 Test E 500 mgs
WK4-14 Test E 800 mgs
Wk 1-10 Tren E 400mg
Wk 1-14 EQ 600mg
I like starting with prop because I don't have to wait 4 weeks for the Test E to kick in. If I jump start with Dbol I hold water. I'm trying to gain as much lean mass as possible. Never ran Eq is that long enough? Or 20 weeks better? I'm 6'2 200 lbs body fat 8 percent. I've been in bed and lost a ton of weight. 20 lbs or so. I won't start till December need a month of just working out getting my stomach use to eatting and my body use to working out hard.
