9lives 7 weeks in pics up before and after

Ok, Im not sure if this is a serious thread or not, but if it is, do you lift weights? Is your gear real? Do you eat food? 7 weeks in and i dont see a difference
 
well seeing as i have put on about 17lbs and lost 4% bf i would assume my gear is real

Kidding..I see SOME progress..you need to eat like hell..train with compound movements..eat, sleep.eat..eat eat .etc..
 
Bro, you really should meet with someone to design a workout, and a diet and hit the weights for a couple years before you jump on gear again... I don't see the point when your that size to start pinning.

The first couple years you start training it's easy to naturally put on a lot of size with just a good clean bulking diet, and a good solid gym routine.

AAS is not a magic liquid that builds heaps of muscle for you, and shreds fat. You have to eat like a horse, and train like Ronnie.
 
I am sorry but people like you make me laugh. You should eat, eat ,eat sleep and work out. Seems like youre missing a few pieces of the equation.

Do you work out? If so, how often? How many calories a day? Macros?

17lbs Really! Good job. It looked like to me that you might have lost weight from the pics. You definitely look more defined in your latest pic. I would def. work on your training program to get a little better results. However, if you have gained 17lbs it sounds that you have your diet figured out. Keep up the good work!!!
 
its hard for me to gain as im tall and have high metabolism.

i do the following work out:

shoulders, traps, abs
back and bi's
tris and chest
legs

heavy weights 6-8 reps

i eat 3000-4500 cals. supplements: complex carbs drink, whey isolate protein, L-glutamine

cycle:

test 400: enanthate 200mgs and cyprionate 200mgs 0.5cc twice a week.

testolic proprionate 100mgs 2 ml twice a week.

the test400 hurt real bad so i purchased prop to cut it down. also ran 4 weeks of dbol wk 3-wk 7.
