3-4500 is a large difference. I daily eat about 3100, I am close to 240lbs... You sure you're getting that much calories?

Only reason I ask is because usually lots of 'hard gainers' are thin, and real lean. Body burns a lot of fat...
 
i always inspect my nutritional values and work out my intake. my avg is 4000... 3000 would be a bad day for me.

alot of people are quick to criticise but gaining is hard for me i cant help that. i work damn hard in the gym and im always thinkin about what to eat next. if theres a time i reallycant eat what i need i use a supplement.

its hard for me to gain as im tall and have high metabolism.

i do the following work out:

shoulders, traps, abs
back and bi's
tris and chest
legs

heavy weights 6-8 reps

i eat 3000-4500 cals. supplements: complex carbs drink, whey isolate protein, L-glutamine

cycle:

test 400: enanthate 200mgs and cyprionate 200mgs 0.5cc twice a week.

testolic proprionate 100mgs 2 ml twice a week.

the test400 hurt real bad so i purchased prop to cut it down. also ran 4 weeks of dbol wk 3-wk 7.

I would like to critique your exercise routine if possible. Can you list specifically what you do and how much. I would think being in week 7 and eating how you say you eat that you should look a little more defined. Anyways, this will be for your benefit as soon as you have the time to post it.
 
Something is WAY off!! I started at 138lbs a yr and 1/2 ago. I'm now 170lbs. All natural! So you need to study gear, work-outs, food, food, food, dieting, food and rest!
You should not be doing anything!!!! but learning! Sad
 
cam i understand roids very well not only have i reasearched it but i have chemistry and biology qualifications.

i do have quite a dirty diet some days as with my job its hard. wil post my workout regiment and diet when im on a computer im on my playstation 3 atm lol.

i did have to lower my jabs to 200mgs 0.5ml a week for a week and a half due to the test 400 being too painful so i got prop to mix it with. literally my jab site felt like a stab wound.

If you were eating as much as you say you do, working out as hard as you say you do and then add in the test...you would be a beast. Unfortunately, that is not the case.

You really need re-think your diet, that hardgainer stuff is BS and an excuse. Trust me, i know... I used to use it. Until I started eating.

Truth, I was a hardgainer too. I could never in my life break 170 lbs. Started eating to the point I was sick(you get used to the amount), lifted heavy, lots of sleep. I now weigh 205. Gainer just gave me hardcore diarrhea. Skip that stuff. My job is hard too man, you just gotta work around it. Stop giving yourself excuses and you'll be a monster. Btw, this site rocks and I'll be starting my cycle once my test e arrives, :-) It will be my first and I will log my results up here for critique!

Hmmmm...why are you jabs hurting you so bad? Where are you pinning? Aren't you doing just a TEST cycle only?? If so, you should have very little pain do to injection. I think it comes down to proper injection sites and methods. Maybe your not hitting the right area or injecting to slow.

Answer some Q's and you'll get the help needed.
 
the pain is from the black widow test 400 which is notorious for PIP. its ok i now cut with prop.

for the haters here im not here for bullshit insults. i have reasearched for months but its my first cycle and im learning. i have put on 20lbs little or no water weight and im happy with my results. i have 3 weeks left and i am gaining about 2kgs every 5 to 7 days. i USED to be a hard gainer but now i eat my self silly and work hard in gym.

are my results really that terrible seeing as i said b4, b4 i got my prop i had to go down to half a ml due to pain so was only on about 200 ish mgs test a week!
 
Not to sound insulting, but do you work out with freeweights (dumbells, barbells, etc.) the reason that i ask is that you wont get the gains using machine weights that you will using free weights.
 
i go to the biggest and best free weights gym for 50 miles.



on a positive note i have put on 2kgs/4.4lbs in 5days!

also benched 10kgs more than my p.b

Just curious, how long did you workout before you started cycling ?
 
i trained on an off for 3 years, have trained hard 6 months previous to cycle.

im up another 3lbs this week!
 
Well this is to make him happy not us. I think if your happy with your gains then yuou did a good job. But most people like me have realy high expactations for are selfs. Keep up the good work! 80percent diet 20percent weights...
