EXMG, what time are you going to be @ the gym Fri. I told Kyle I'd try to be there by 5. It takes a little over an hour to get there from Greensboro.
Clayton Fitness is one of the nicest gyms I've been in. See you Fri.
Wish I had noticed this earlier.

Takes me 35+ minutes from Research Triangle Park without traffic, and 40 East can easily get loaded with traffic between RTP and Raleigh. I don't see Greensboro->Clayton@5pm taking a little over an hour, but maybe you took a helicopter?

anyway he made it and hit a 606 equipped bench at 198 then did it at the meet too. you loaded his plates. :D

you must not be driving down I-40 then, because the stretch between Durham and Cary usually comes to almost a dead stop around 5PM rush hour. I drive fast everywhere I go and still can't make that trip in less than an hour and a half at that time of day on a Friday.

If I leave at 6AM to go through Greensboro, I can make the trip in an hour.

mranak maybe you're just a slow driver; i can make it to clayton from greensboro in an hour and 15 minutes, and that's even with heavy traffic. but then again i drive like a bat outta hell lol... i dont think it's ever taken me more than an hour and 20 mins. you should invest in a radar detector! ;)

hrm... When I relocated to RTP, along with several other families that relocated from Atlanta, all of us got at least one ticket within the first 60 days. So I suddenly transformed into an old person and slowed down to 70mph. It is too damn easy to get a speeding ticket around here. :(

But I may have miscalculated, because I as thinking Greensboro was about 50 minutes away from here. Is it about that far from my home, but from RTP, that might shave 15 minutes off the drive time. RTP to Clayton Fitness is about 35 minutes or so without traffic. That comes out to a little over an hour, like the original poster said.

Ah well. I've got things worked out so that if I leave work around 4:15pm, I get to Clayton around 5pm, unless traffic blows. So I'm happy.

A good hour and 15 minutes. It's all I40 from here. Stop to piss in Raleighwood adds 15 because of traffic. I'll set the clock Fri. and try to be on time this time. As far as the BB for $. I'll try my luck at the nationals @ 198 before I get that froggy.

transformed? like you weren't old already? :D

Minx, great job on the meet? 225 is some strong shit. So is a 348 dead.

I haven't been around for a bit so I must have missed all of your increases in strength. Awesome job girl.
